The Relationship between Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management Establishment in Physical Education Organization from Its Expert's Viewpoint

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management establishment in Physical Education Organization. 120 experts of Physical Education Organization were selected through systematic sampling. Two questionnaires (85% validity for organizational culture questionnaire, and 89% validity for knowledge management questionnaire) were used to gather the data. The type of this research was applied and performed as a field study. Descriptive and inferential statistics (K-S test, Pearson correlation coefficient) were used to analyze the data. The average score for organizational culture was 31.2 (maximum score was 75) and for knowledge management establishment was 51.3 (maximum score was 120). This meant that organizational culture and knowledge management establishment in Physical Education Organization were at a weak level and there was a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management establishment in Physical Education Organization (P<0.000, r = 0.59).
