Author(s):
Abstract:
The development and expansion of the Islamic Revolution requires a serious attention to the final causes and values of the Islamic Revolution, especially across the students and young generation of the country. This is felt more strongly in terms of considering the objectives of the enemy in cultural invasion, the main target of which is to distance the second and third generation of the Revolution from its causes and objectives. For this purpose, this study was undertaken in order to find the methods likely for recruiting and organizing the effective and competent individuals from among the high school student girls for defending the values and causes of the Revolution, and to provide the ground for maintaining and developing those causes and values in the society. The descriptive method was a correlation type, with its statistical community involving the entire high school girls throughout the country. A statistical sample of 2260 people from ten provinces, appropriate to the cultural, racial, and social-political characteristics, was selected and studied through classified random sampling. The main means of collecting information were questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research indicated that the one who propagandizes the values in academic centers, should be able to express oneself, be broad minded and humble, and have sound public relations.Recruiting high school girls in order for them to defend the values of the Islamic Revolution in schools requires the infrastructures needed for recruiting individuals. Also, In order to provide the effective organization, individual's roles in the most important stages have to be determined. The most important obstacles of the recruitment of, and continuation of the cooperation of, high school girls for defending the causes and values of the Islamic Revolution in schools are: Authoritie's indifference towards people's problems, especially the economic ones; the preference given by families to the educational affairs of their children than to their participation in social-political problems.
