Factors Relating to the Armed Forces Retiree Intention for Returning to Work

Retirement is an important period of life, which has been considered deeply in management, sociology of labor, and social psychology. It is necessary to studydifferent aspects and various issues related to retirement in order to find out thecauses of stress, anxiety and dissatisfaction of the retirees, and find solutions forthem.Statistical analysis of the data revealed that 15.5 percent of the retirees understudy intended to go back to work. Having tested the research hypotheses, theresearchers found out that individual, organizational, economical, social andpsychological factors had more effects on their intention to go back to work.
