The crisis of the secular state and the new forms of religion's experience

Author(s):
Abstract:
Post Secularism is a term in which discussions such as the return to religion and the enlivening of religion, especially in the west, are discussed and examined. The main arguments and discussions in this field are about the return of religion to the general public and the inadequateness of the ancient style of secular governments an effort was made to separate religion and politics or the government and politics in the society. This article by Olivia Rua, a French researcher, tries to examine this issue from the dimension of sociology. She believes that, through the essential changes that have occurred in the present age in government and religion, the ancient system of a secular government and its tools are no longer effective in the society. This issue must be somehow reviewed and a new opinion, no matter how conservative, must be made regarding the relationship between religion and government.
