Explanation of the Foundations of the National Identity with Geographical Approach (Case study: Iran)
The National Identity is the collection of the common elements and factors of an independent nation that people are self conscious about it. In each branch of the Humanity sciences concerning the national identity the emphasis is upon one or a number of principal elements. In other words, while in Geography a common territory is known as the principle; in Politics the emphasis is upon the state, and in Sociology common language, religion, custom are considered as principal elements.
