Abstract:
This paper argues managers’ viewpoints concerning the effective personal, group and organizational factors in creativity; accordingly, the methods used were correlation and survey along with the questionnaire in order to acquire the necessary data. Our statistical population included the managers of Mellat bank in the province of Golestan in 2009, out of which a sample of 118 was selected using Krejcie and Morgan table. Results demonstrated that the 3 independent variables (individual, group and organizational factors) prove effective in managers’ creativity (dependant variable); furthermore, this study’s conclusions indicate that the organizational factors proved of the most effective factors in manager’s creativity among which reward can be considered the most important organizational factor. Individual and group factors were reported as the second and third effective factors, respectively.
