Happiness and Its Relationship with University Student's Demographic Factors

Here, we examined happiness and its relationship with university students’ demographic variables in Azadshahr Azad University. Our study which used a correlation descriptive method drew a sample of 170 among from 3800 individuals that had been selected through random cluster sampling using Krejcie and Morgan table in order to determine the sample size. The results which had been gathered by Oxford Happiness Questionnaire were analyzed using ANOVA and t-test for the independent group. Findings support significant difference between people with different age ranges; however, there exist no significant difference between single and married individuals, female and male individuals belonging to various ethnic groups and religious background, and students of different majors.
