An investigation on job Burnout rate and the relationship with demographic variables among faculty members and staffs of University

In This aim of study was investigation the job Burnout rate and find out the relationship with demographic variables among faculty members and staffs of Islamic Azad University, Azadshahr Branch. The Study used a Correlation Descriptive Method and a sample of 73 persons was chosen among the total number of 250 of persons through Random Sampling. To determine the sample size, Determination Table Indictor was used. The data was collected by Goldard Job Burnout Questionnaire and was analyzed by using ANOVA & T -Test for independent group. Results show that no meaningful difference between single and married people, men & women and people with different age ranges.
