The Relationship between organizational culture with organizational creativity and effectiveness in guidance's schools in Marvdasht city

The purpose of the study was to explore the organizational culture with organizational creativity and effectiveness. Method of research is descriptive and solidarity.Statistical society of all teachers of girls guidance school of Marvdasht city is 315 people. Statistical samples are 122 people. That is obtained through the kookran formula. And it is selected with random sampling method. In this study, three questionnaires such as creativity and effectiveness of organizational culture have been used.Data analysis at the level of descriptive statistics using statistical characteristics such as frequency,mean,deviation and at the level of inference software and SPSS,AMOS5(analysis) matrix path correlation,simple regression analysis and multiple step method and step is used and the following results were obtained.Between organizational culture dimensions of power distance and individualism with effectiveness of organizational culture and organizational culture between then creatively patriarchal relationalship is significant,provided the proposed model and the model are quite elegant and the model provided a relative can justify variable causality are available.
