The Condition of Knowledge Management components in Islamic Azad University Zone (12)

The main purpose of the present research was to do a survey on knowledge management and its components in Islamic Azad University Zone (12). population of the study, is comprised of all managers and academic staffs in Islamic Azad University Zone (12) Contain 2500 managers and academic staffs. Using cluster random sampling, 350 managers and academic staffs were selected according to Morgan table. To collect data required for the study the instrument was questionnaire, All The questionnaire was basically measuring some indexes as social factors of knowledge management, technical factors of knowledge management, knowledge producer organizational culture factors, cultural factors, Technological factors, political factors, knowledgeable citizens, knowledge doorways, knowledge based organizational processes, knowledge based structure, knowledge leadership and Knowledge resources. Validity of the questionnaire was checked by experts in the field and reliability for indexes were, social factors of knowledge management(0.79), technical factors of knowledge management (0.87), knowledge producer organizational culture factors (0.78), cultural factors(0.82), Technological factors (0.82), political factors (0.83), knowledgeable citizens (0.80), knowledge doorways (0.76), knowledge based organizational processes (0.72), knowledge based structure (0.79), knowledge leadership (0.77) and Knowledge resources (0.82) and for Knowledge management as main subject (0.97) through test of Alpha.By use of one-sample T test the data showed that the counted mean for knowledge management components in Azad Islamic University’s Branches in zone (12) with the degree of p<0.01 was lower than Test value,.
