A Survey of relation of organizational commitment regulation and jobsatisfactions on efficiency

Abstract:
Examination's object in this research is observation the job satisfaction's relation and organizational commitment within efficiency of Steel Company's Personnel in Yazd City. This examination comprised of three hypothesizes. Procedure of this examination is descriptive-correlation and in this research, organizational commitment and job satisfaction is as the independent variable and efficiency as the dependent variable as well.Three components including affective commitment, continuous commission and normative commitment have been considered as the organizational commitment components and seven components such as work nature, colleagues, manager, job commitment, payment, organizational citizen behavior and promotion have been considered as the job satisfaction's components and five components including achievement to target, less time, slighter cost, more production and higher quality have been considered as the efficiency components as well. This examination has been conducted based on three-part theory of Allen and Mir and job satisfaction pattern of Smith, Kendal and Halin. Research's statistical community in relation with the entire Steel company's personnel in Yazd City are 139 persons that by the random sampling, the sample volume accessed to 80 and this examination has been conducted in the year 2009. Research tool is pre-examination and after-examination questionnaire which its statics has been computed based on Kronbakh Alfa for pre-examination and after-examination over 80% and its narrative in the manner of content narrative was approved based on the expert professor's comment. In order to data analysis and observation, there has been exercised from the statistical methods in the descriptive statistical level comprised of frequency table, percentage, mean and standard deviation, charts and in the deductive statistical level, it has been exercised from the Kolmogrof Esmimof, Friedman test, Structural Equations model and accepted table. Data Analysis and Examinations revealed that as from the job satisfaction's variables and organizational commitment, only two components of salary and benefits and normative commitment in Steel Company of Yazd has the highest measure. Whereas, Only the emotional commitment from the organizational commitment variable and colleague, manager, job commitment and promotion from the job satisfactions variable connects with the personnel efficiency. The direction's analysis consequences revealed as well that the job satisfaction have the expressive effect with the rise of 78% on the agency commission and the organizational commitment and job satisfaction have the expressive traces on the personnel's efficiency with the rise of 19% & 58% which indicative of more effect's rise of job satisfaction on the personnel efficiency of Steel Company of Yazd and eventually the consequences were approved by the accepted table.
