The structural Equation model of association between Teacher's Perceived of Trust to Manager and organization with Continuous Commitment and Affective Commitment Teachers

This research administered with the aim of investigating The structural Equation model of association between teachers’ perceived of trust of teachers to manager and organization with continuous commitment and affective commitment teachers of educational organization of Isfahan City. For this purpose, 350 teachers (127 males & 223 females) selected for the statistical sample(used cluster multistage random sampling) by using the sampling Cohen et al formula. The data collection tool consists of: two questionnaires for trust with manager and organization and two questionnaires for affective commitment and continuous commitment. The data were analyzed using SPSS 17 and LISREL 8/5. The result showed a significant relation between teachers’ perceived of trust to manager and organization with affective commitment and continuous commitment. In conceptual framework was drawn, trust of teachers to organization didn’t have direct effect on affective commitment. Finally causal model was drown by analysis through LISEREL & GFI test confirmed the conceptual framework factors and their interaction and correlation by calculation GFI (GFI=0/7).
