Measuring Possible of establishment virtual instruction has done in secondary schools semnan province

Abstract:
The present research was conducted to measure the feasibility of establishing virtual instruction in secondary schools in Semnan province. The applied method for data gathering of this study was based on site visits and research reviews. The sampling was done by Simple Random Sampling method. Based on Morgan and Kerjesy tables, the sample size was 118 principals from Semnan schools. Research data was analyzed by two
Methods
descriptive method (percentage and frequency) and inferential method (chi-square) by use of SPSS statistical software. The main results of this research are: Possibility of establishment of virtual instruction in secondary schools in Semnan considering “Hardware” infrastructures is high. “Software” infrastructures is medium to high. “electronic contents and courses” is medium. “Human Resources Specialists” is medium. “Financial Resources” is not possible. “Cultural aspects” is medium.
