Human Relations Indices in Educational Supervision in I.R.I Police University

Human relations can be considered a source of happiness and productivity in human beings through which people understand each other and work together. Human relations skills are among the basic ones in the process of educational supervision. PoliceUniversity as the science heart of the police organization should take this in to consideration and maintain and improve it in accordance with its environmental conditions. The present paper tries to clarify “human relations “and “educational supervision “and adapt them with the police university conditions to elaborate on human relations indices in educational supervision.
