Evaluating the Performance of the Agricultural Bank in Allocating Rural Small Credits

Evaluating the performance of the Agricultural Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran can be considered the best way to ensure that financial services are properly provided for the villagers. In order to achieve this significant goal, various devices and patterns are available. In the present descriptive-surveying study, the balanced evaluation pattern has been used in order to assess and study the present as well as the ideal performance of the Agricultural Bank in allocating credits. Hence, following consideration of performance indexes, 25 indexes in the form of the four aspects of the evaluation pattern have been selected and evaluated. The results of these studies have helped determine the difference between the current and ideal situation in the performance of the Agricultural Bank.
