Providing a Guide Model for Compilation of a Strategy and Architecture of ICT in Armed Forces

Defense experience of different countries states that a great part of defense and military capabilities are based on technologies. ICT is one of the most important technologies which effective in shaping and creating different military capabilities. The widespread and rapid growth of this technology during the last decades caused changes in military framework and war-games rules. So، a serious program should be prepared and performed in the armed forces in order to expand these kinds of capabilities and capacities with special security considerations. In this article، along with arguing about the importance of ICT، the way of using information technologies to create the mentioned change is described and in the direction of providing a guide model for compilation of a strategy and architecture of ICT in armed forces، the structure and process of compiling a master plan for ICT is indicated.
