Communications have been the foundations of civilization and the emergence of manuscripts has had an effective role in human civilization. Different dimensions of manuscripts such as scientific, cultural, artistic, ethical, mystical and intellectual aspects have creative role in communication and dialogue. especially the art is Tic dimension of manuscripts has a more important role in dialogue among civilizations because art is the joint language of cultures. Preservation of manuscripts in most libraries, scientific and research centers especially in museums of different countries can be considered as respect and credit toward dialogue among civilizations. On the other hand, the Memory of the World Programme is an international programme that has an effective role in participation of ideas, cultures, art works, and revival of history. This programme helps the maintenance of valuable manuscripts in all over the world.
