An Introduction to Legal Issues with an Emphasise on the Legal System of Women and Family in Islam

Family issues rest on two important pillars: the first is establishing whether there is an issue in the family, or whether the issue is being raised by the researcher. Secondly, assuming that there is a family issue, its type needs to be determined.
