Abstract:
The study of scattering of thermal radiation and their relation to existing user types in different areas of knowledge cities microclimate is important. It should be noted that high concentration of pollutants, including urban transportation systems and industries in every part of the city increases the amount of gases which are pollutants. These gases, due to the short wave solar crossing themselves and attract long wave terrestrial greenhouse phenomenon in its location brings into existence, are the major factors in rising temperatures and the formation of the region are considered as causing heat islands. Therefore, according to field surveys and studies, it is needed to provide the possibility of recognizing them and the distribution pattern of urban measures temperature must be done. On the other hand, urban planning today, according to expanding cities and the intensification of the immigration process, is very important, so that, no objective and rational and logical solutions for today's cities can be optimal management. Geographical factors as the sets and geographic elements as a subset are of the most important factors that could impact on the urban planning of cities, including urban and in particular on the users. This article has been an attempt to process satellite images using a method for determining surface temperature in areas within the comprehensive plan due to be presented in Ahwaz. Thus, after pre-processing operations on images and modify existing files disorders, to determine the type of user the Supervised classification methods have been used. Having had the process and the necessary corrections to the type of user determined, urban area temperature maps were prepared by aerobic and then divided into five regions temperatures are qualitatively. Accordingly, it was shown that eight regional municipality located in Ahvaz due to huge steel plants Khuzestan, Khuzestan Pipe, Carbon Black Co.,Ahvaz and Khuzestan and Pipe Pipe National Oil Company highest rate of surface temperature to43/2°C and Region 5 Municipality of Ahwaz highest areas of green space in between are eight branches of Ahvaz to the lowest temperatures of 35/9°C has degrees. Calculating temperature user existing it was clear that member blue and green spaces respectively27/5°C and 33/3°C minimum and a member of the industrial network and places(streets and alleys covered with asphalt and the land barren respectively 43/2°C and 41/1°C and 40/2°C surface temperatures are highest in the result indicating a direct relationship between the type and amount of surface temperature is a member.
