Analysis of Location Finding of Housing Lands in satellite cities with TOPSIS method (Case stud: SalehAbad city in Hamedan province)

Abstract:
The land as a non-refundable wealth in the city is one of the main topics for urban managers and planners and in this situation the house has an important role for citizens because it is a fundamental need for them in different dimension. Therefore, land supply and location of house development territory is a fundamental essential of a city in a long time plan. In this study the researcher has attempted to investigate Saleh-e- Abad as one of the satellite cities of Hamadan by a square investigations via observation the extant talented territory and acquisition of the documentary information in relation to house needs in a 24 year plan, and with determining the suitable criteria in house territory chosen by the use of Topsis as one of the multi criteria methods, in location of house development territory, in addition to the introduction of the place, the area and needed and the price, it has determined the house development territory land of this city by attending different factors. Moreover, the results of this study show that physical development path has no tendency to middle structure and has more tendency to east and main road.
