A study of relationship between learner organization dimensions and the creativity of secondary managers in semnan province

Present research is fulfilled to investigate the relationship between learner organization dimensions and the creativity of secondary managers in Semnan province. The study is based on the perspectives of Peter Sang and Richard Daft in matter of learner organization (information exchange, pensive leader, common ideals, strong culture and individual abilities). Statistcal population for this research included all the secondary managers of semnan province (170 person). Sample population of this survey was determined (180 person) according to Murgan table. The sample was chosen by use of random sampling of class from each town and typical district. To analyze gathered, descriptive and deductive statistics were used (Pearson product moment test, t-test correlation and unilateral variance analysis). Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by studying resources and taking opinions from a few practiced professors. To test reliability of the questionnaire, it was distributed among 15 questionnaire respondents, and by user of Cronbach alpha, 87% coefficient for learner organization and 76.1% coefficient for creativity. Results shows that there is a meaningful relationship between cultural elements, personal abilities, common ideals and the creativity of secondary managers in Semnan province. Other findings of research demonstrates that there is a meaningful difference between amount of creativity and age and years, but there is no significant relationship between gender and academic paper and creativity and man managers in case of command ideal elements and personal abilities.
