Police Station Appropriate Structural Model in Child Delinquency Investigation

This research studies the appropriate structural model which police stations should consider in investigating children delinquencies. The article studies the issue according to the police officers view point about the proper organization in investigating such misbehaviors and their own desire in working in an appropriate structure. The survey-based and descriptive study concludes that the employed officers of prevention police do not think positively about the current child justice system and therefore, believe that the appropriate organization for police (in this regard) is an organic structure. However, such officers prefer to work in an organization composed of both organic and mechanic structure.
