The Role of Victim in the Law of Investigating Driving Violations

To protect victims, the Law of Investigating Driving Violations (March, 2011) has predicted several regulations which are more inclined to financial supports, especially in insurance context. However, this law includes some criminalization which criminally advocates the victims, e.g. the criminalization of inappropriately imposing fines, incorrectly reporting an accident. Besides preventing reactions, such advocacies may be measured as preventing active measures. Although from a victim advocacy perspective enacting such law would be of great significance, it shouldn’t be neglected that reaching such purpose requires serious and organized implementation.
