Engineering Principles and Passive Defense Life Line Structural Methods of Ministry of Energy

According to approval of Vision document and Fourth plan law,that in paragraph 11 of article 121, (executive agencies should do studing and performance of passive defense projects), The executive agencies paid attention to in passive defense foundamentally.Motility planned by arrogant world against the Islamic Republic of Iran, occupied the eastern and western neighboring countries (Afghanistan and Iraq) and create multiple bases in neighbor country,result to studing and implementation of plans as the first priority. Although no one in the current situation, has no doubt(requirement of passive defense projects in vital installations and critical places), until the full establishment of the structural system, implementation projects in all executive agencies, and culturing of passive defense is responsible for engineering community. In this essay has tried to describe passive defense life line structural methods of Ministry of Energy such as camouflage, deception, location, distribution and division in the resistant structures.
