Relationship between Organizational Intelligence and Job Burnout

This correlation-based study was coducted to examine the relationship between the organizational intelligence and job burnout. Therefore,78managers of Islamic Azad University, Arak branch including the heads of the educational departments, vice presidents and the research and education deputies completed the Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)and Organizational Intelligence Profile, published by Karl Albrecht International. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis. Findings revealed that the seven dimensions, or indicators of OI known as strategic vision, shared fate, appetite for change, heart, alignment and congruence, knowledge deployment and performance pressure can be considered as appropriate predictors of depersonalization.
