Review of the Mythical status of lotus in Classic and Modern Persian literature

The worldview of eastern human is a kind of a worldview that is based on reflectivity of nature. In this world view, the various images of nature are the creature of God and sign of an internal emergence component of self. In view of the believer person in this sense, the incredible creation of mud as a lotus within waters, it's extension and flowering by sunrise and it's tightness by sun set is the most explicit sign of image and vision of emergence and manifestation origin. In this article we have tried to consider the lotus in Iranian civilization and it's manifestation in the classic and modern Persian literature.
