Survey Effects of Socio-Economics Factors on Spread Biological Control Technology up on Chilo-Suppersalic in Rice Farms of Mazandaran Province

In attention to harmful of reminder pesticide in rice and need to decrease consumption of pesticide for protection healthy of human and environment, in this research we survey the reasons of unwillingness farmers in accept this technology based on socioeconomic factors with using the Logit model. The results show that the most important factors in accept this technology are consequently, risk averse of farmers, gross margin income in hectare, number of land fragments, number abandon Tricograma bee, application this technology in neighborhood lands, area of planting, experiment in using this technology, farmers age and participate in promotion class. Age and number of land fragments factors have negative effect and other factors have positive effect on probability acceptation this technology. Therefore is suggested government with cover risk of using this technology, insurance product, logical rate loss, extension and conduct to using of this technology by promotion headman in agricultural service center, using experiments harbinger peoples in education this technology and defragment of land go toward spread using this technology until farmers gradually instead of pesticide using this technology.
