The Assessment of Required Responsiveness of Supply Chain for a Product by using of Fuzzy AHP

Nowday the supply chain management is a strategic issue for integration and collaboration of performance of organizations which are creating value for customer in different industries. Without taking a proper approach, the integration and collaboration that are the basis of supply chain management, will be uneffective. So achieving to unique and solidary approach for managing different performances of supply chain, aligning with competitive strategy and proportionate to functional and operational strategies, is important and inevitable for long term success. So according to above points, developing processes which can provide a rational and systematic approach to formulation of supply chain strategies, and implementing them is necessary. Thus this research after reviewing proffered methods in literature and analyzing them, using the value focused thinking logic, tries to structure the objectives of supplu chain and then presents a framework for developing strategies in suuply chain systematically.In this research afer explanatition of aforesaid framework, has presented a process for formulation of supply chain strategy and determining strategic focus points of supply chain via a MODM model. Also implementation of thease strategies, which is one of most important challenges in this context, has provided via determining target of relevant measures. For ensuring intended fitness and alignment and monitoring of real trends with adoptioned strategies, has presented a mtrix which controls fitness ofcompetitive strategy asnd formulated supply chain strategies. Proposed process has explained in a real example about supply chain of a radio active drug.
