A comparave examinaon in Qesas of Nafs's condions in Imamiyeh and Hanafiye sects

One of common and classic methods of punishment of deliberated murder is Qesas that with observance of physical condions and principals the punishment would perform. In Islamic jurisprudence for adjudicaon of vicm’s and accuser’s rights in deliberated murder’s crime adjudge condions for performing the punishment of Qesas that about its condions among Islamic sects there are unanimity. But they have different ideas in the details of these condions and principals which are the cause of their juridical essences and principals. In this text the ideas of Hanafi and Imamiyeh Foqaha would become discussed.
