Happiness and Joyfulness from the Viewpoint of Holly Koran, Fundamentals of Islam & Life of Infallible Imams

The author of the article attempts to introduce desired and condemned happiness by focusing on holy Koran and Islamic teaching. Islam considers happiness and mirthfulness as a spiritual need of the human beings. The viewpoint of holly Koran & Islamic traditions on happiness and joyfulness is positive and a feather of faithful people. The condemned happiness is that kind of happiness، which is against morality and religion، sinful happiness، extremist happiness، mendacity happiness. Holly Koran has referred to traveling and journey for people to be aware of the history of the ancestors and taking advantages of the beauties of nature. Different sports and exercises are also a source of happiness which in referred in holy Koran and Islamic texts. The method of the present article is descriptive-analysis and library. The questionnaire is distributed among statistical community consisting two hundred of university students of azarbayjan teachers training university. The results of the research show that faith and belief in god and practicing the religious teachings results in happiness and joyfulness. The author of the article concludes that the holly Koran not only suggests strengthening faith، confidence and satisfaction in providing permanent happiness and joyfulness but also put forward some practical ways such as healthy entertainment، different sports، nourishments، a variety of happy colors، perfumes and good smells،…
