The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychometric properties of the Nomophobia questionnaire among Iranian students. This study was a survey. The sample size consisted of 384 students (186 boys and 198 girls) from the students of Islamic Azad university central Tehran branch in the academic year of 1395-96, were selected using MultiStages cluster sampling. The Nomphobia questionnaire (NMP-Q) was translated into Persian and then performed on 50 students. Its Cronbach's alpha coefficient was satisfying for the whole scale and its components, and it was ultimately decided that the final implementation would be unchanged. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that this questionnaire had 4 factors which in total determined 48.1% of the total variance. The results also showed that Cronbach's alpha's reliability was 0.81 for the whole questionnaire, for Not being able to access information 0.81, for Giving up convenience 0.79, for Not being able to communicate 0.82 and Losing connectedness 0.83. This study confirmed that the (NMP-Q) questionnaire could be used as a reliable tool for measuring the mobile phobia in Iranian students. The validity of this questionnaire is proposed at the general population level.

The success of the Olympic Games in the whole world has become a major priority. The purpose of the present study was to standardize the factors affecting the success of Iran's expedition to the Olympics. An overview of the history and theories suggests that several factors contribute to the success of the Olympics, but there are no reliable tools to reveal the factors affecting the success of Iran's expedition caravan to the Olympics. After reviewing the theoretical foundations and literature of research and identifying the various factors affecting the success of the Olympics and interviewing 17 Olympic experts, the 55 question tool was prepared. Also, this questionnaire "The Factors Affecting the Success of Iran's Expedition Carrier to the Olympic" by 407 Olympic experts and experts Random selection was completed. To determine the reliability of the questions, Cronbach's alpha was used. Structural analysis and analyzes were performed using SPSS software version 22 and lisrel. The questionnaire under the economic, managerial, educational, political and social factors, achievements, mediation, cultural background, motivation, communication, aptitude, demographic and geography were standardized, exploratory and exploratory factors. Finally, the instrument has appropriate and appropriate benchmarking and the best related tools. With the help of this tool, we can see the success of more sportsmen and athletes in various Olympic games.

The main purpose is to identify diagnostic validity fourth edition and an Integrated version of the Wechsler Intelligence scales children (WISC-IV) with attention deficit disorder in children. Psychometric studies is the research within that subset is Methodology research methods. Population included all male and female students in elementary schools in Tehran in the academic year 1393-94, form the sample size was selected using purposive sampling method. Instruments measured in this study is the fourth edition and an additional version of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for children who have good validity and reliability of an important loss. To determine the diagnostic validity of the scatter plot (by Davis), and axial combined (composit) confidence interval method is used. Using the plot of the fourth edition showed that significant differences in the tests complete (Integrated), the direct Digit span, Digit span reverse, total Digit span, Letter-number sequence, Arithmetic, Coding, symbol search, accidental Cancelling, structure Cancelling and the materials it was determined that significant differences in test version Block Design with time bound, Elitorn Mazes with time bound, Elitorn Mazes without time bound the visual Digit span of Direct, visual Digit span of reverse, the Letter sequence (Rythmic), the Letter sequence (NonRythmic), Letter-Number sequence , the Arithmetic process (part a), process Arithmetic (part b) and copy code between the scores of normal children and Hyperactivity - attention deficit there and these factors can be diagnosed Hyperactivity - attention deficit with normal children. Also, by using the method specified confidence interval fourth edition was also a significant difference between working memory (69/52), processing speed (68/45) and scale (79/87) and complementary version is a significant difference between the memory active (67/65), processing speed (66/84) with an average theoretical (population norm) in children Hyperactivity - attention deficit there, while axial combined (composit) with the Wechsler intelligence scale for children to recognize students Hyperactivity - attention deficit not have diagnostic validity.

The purpose of this study was to compare the relationship model of stress coping styles and life satisfaction through mediating resilience in epileptic and normal people. The aim of this research is applied and regarding methodological point of view is correlation research. The population consisted of all ordinary and epileptic people in Tehran. The sample were selected among 400 (200 in each group) as sample, were used to collect the required data, Billings and Mouse Coping Strategies Questionnaire (1995); Connor and Davidson Resilience Questionnaire (2003) and Life satisfaction questionnaire (Diner et al., 1985). After collecting the research samples, to investigate the research model was used Amos software. The results of data analysis showed that according to the fitting indices, the research model after correction has a suitable fit. Also, between the coping style focused problem-solving style and the coping style focused on evaluation with resilience is a positive and significant relationship in ordinary people And there is a negative and between Coping Social Support style, Physical-focused coping style, Emotional-focused coping style with resilience is a negative and significant relationship. There is a relationship between styles of coping with stress and life satisfaction with resilient mediation. In peoples with epilepsy group, between coping style focused problem-solving with resilience there was a positive and significant relationship With %95 confidence, it has a mediating role.

The main purpose of this research is to construct and validate a questionnaire for assessing occupational behaviors based on personality traits. In other words, the present study uses the Cronbach's alpha coefficient to examine the internal coordination (validity) of "an inventory with 56 questions about occupational behaviors", and determine the validity of "an inventory with 56 questions about occupational behaviors" by the principal components and confirmatory factor analysis. Also, this paper examines the simultaneous validity of the "an inventory with 56 questions about occupational behaviors" using the Neo's five-factor personality scale questionnaire (John Donahue and Contel, 1991) and the Holland's personality questionnaire. In addition, in this research, we examine the separation justifiability of "an inventory with 56 questions about occupational behaviors" by assessing the difference between the scores obtained from the questionnaires in two groups; a personnel group with a high and acceptable evaluation score and a personnel group with low evaluation score. According to the findings of the research, it was found that there is a meaningful relationship between recognizing the personnel behavioral staff and job satisfaction. On the other hand, through the recognition of behavioral personality of the personnel, organizations can, in addition to selecting the right person for each post, raise the loyalty of staff and prevent them from untimely exit. On the other hand, the present research deals with the characterization of individuals through various questions and through the discovering the main components, it reached to a comprehensive mechanism for achieving this goal.
