In this study , Copper oxide as a good and inexpensive adsorbent has been introduced and used for the removal of erythrosine and red carmoisine dyes from several water solutions successfully. The effect of various parameters such as pH, dye concentration, amount of adsorbent, contact time and temperature on removal processing was investigated. Adsorption isothermal data could be interpreted by the Langmuir and Freundlich, isotherm models.

The genus is distributed throughout the Old World and the Americas, with three distinct regions of diversity: Central and shake the limbs and topic in folk medicine. South America (approx. 500 species), Central Asia and Mediterranean (250 species), Eastern Asia (90 species)various species of the genus salvia are used as Disinfectants, Epileptics Autodigestion, Reduce blood sugar donor, Carminative, Treatment of seizures, Joint pain and dizziness and migraines, Low ering blood sugar.

A new polyvinyl choloride (PVC) membrane sensor for cerium(III) was prepared based on 4,13-didecyl-1,7,10,16-tetraoxa-4,13-diazacyclooctadecane (kryptofix22DD) as an ionophore. The sensorexhibites a linear concentration range of 1.0×10-6 to 1.0×10-1 M, with aNernstian slope of 18.0±1.0 mV/decade, and a detection limit of 9.7×10-7M. It has a fast response time (5 s) and can be used for two monthswithout any considerable divergence in its potential. The proposedsensor revealed high selectivity toward Ce3+ ion with respect to somealkali, alkaline earth and transition metal cations. It could be used in awide pH range of 2.0-11.0. The sensor was successfully used as anindicator electrode in potentiometric titration of Ce3+ ion withethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) and sodium iodide (NaI)solutions, and in determination of Ce (III) concentration in real samples.

The aim of the present study is to synthesize the oxovanadium complex of the V3+ ion with isatin sciff bases. Spectroscopic methods have been used to confirm these models of complexation and to understand the structures of the species formed in methanolic solution. We also have isolated a complex of Vanadium (III) with isatin schiff bases in the solid phase.

phenytoine derivatives were synthesized , via the pinacol condensation with thereaction of 1,3- diphenyl- propane- 1,3- dione (benzyl) analogs with urea or thioureain presence of slica gel and solid KOH as Solid phase catalyst in the mortar / pestle atroom temperatures. The reaction was completed at short reaction times (approximately15min) and pure products were obtained with high yields (81-94%).
