The concept of a messiah has in the past been defined by the sociopolitical challenges of the respective periods, in conjunction with the religious teachings that were dominant then. Nevertheless, newer studies and re-examinations of sacred historical scriptures, particularly when the subjects are such as the study of the Mahdi, are to thank for the affirmation of this belief. In this kind of framework, Attar's symbolic and allegorical poem "The Conference of the Birds" offers a distinctive representation of the interaction of the "self" and the "transcendent," thereby providing space for modes of creative discourse. In fact, the birds' spiritual quest, guided by the hoopoe in search of meaning, opens up to immense dimensions that pertain to this matter. Thus, this study employs an "analytical deductive" approach in analyzing and symbolically deconstructing the figure of the Mahdi and extracting mystical examples of expectation from the text. This poetic text encapsulates typical features of leadership as well as different situations and forms of dynamic expectation that may offer perceptive insights into the role of the expected Mahdi within the context of the uprising.

The Supreme Leader, in a message to the 29th National Prayer Summit, defined Farhangian University as a "culture-creating and among the eminences" university. The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the position and role of Farhangian University in reviving religious thinking and promoting prayer education among student teachers. This research uses the descriptive-analytical method in order to achieve research findings. The community of this research consists of managers of different levels, especially policy-making managers and cultural and educational experts, professors and student teachers. The results of the research indicate that the revival of religious thinking among student teachers in the context of the epistemological elements of the Islamic religion in the revival of religious thinking and the effort to perform congregational prayers and promote its education in the day-to-day university of educators, in the formation of student teachers' lifestyles. The aim of this study is to model revolutionary training in the governance of teacher education at Farhangian University with an emphasis on the knowledge framework of the Leaders of the Revolution. The research method is qualitative and exploratory factor analysis. The research community includes the second step statement and the statements of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader. Data were collected using documentary study methods. The findings indicate that in this model, Farhangian University, during a three-year period (nine semesters), dedicates the initial semesters to educational and revolutionary courses and assigns responsibilities to student-teachers for participating in educational and knowledge-based associations and group activities throughout their academic years based on the knowledge framework of the Leaders of the Revolution. This approach ingrains the superior pleasures of the prophetic role of the teacher during the undergraduate period and fosters a diligent and faithful effort in their knowledge and skill development duringtheir student-teacher years. Additionally, it impacts the annual saving of 25,000 teacher commitments and the earlier presence of students in the education system by one year.

The intense effort to inject, promote, and deepen the teachings of pure Islamic mysticism is indispensable in all areas of society, and especially in the realm of principles of management. The purpose of this research is to design and validate the model of Islamic mysticism management: firstly, to show this effect and secondly to save true Islamic mysticism by modeling the perfect human being and completing the managers in Sadra’ian circus, from negative isolation. This study uses an exploratory mixed-design study, and provides a baseline guide to library research and interviewing, based on the Q method, which links quantitative and qualitative data to the final stages of research. To design and validation of the expected model is followed. The model has seven main components: central justice, excellence, social improvement, effectiveness, efficiency, role model, orbital task, and the results indicate that the components of Islamic mysticism management are directly or indirectly related to coefficients ranged from 0.108 to 0.384 with a significant effect on each other and the presented model is statistically confirmed with 95% confidence. Therefore, by utilizing the teachings of Islamic mysticism in management, a divine and more effective manifestation can be presented which leads to the growth of organizations.

one of the most important factors influencing the emergence and survival of islamic revolution in iran is the management of islamic mysticism on the policy of imam khomeini . islamic mysticism in this policy is considered as an integrated system in all aspects of human existence , including material and spiritual , individual and social it can be said that its negative and negative aspects can be considered in the discussion of community management . so it can be said that its negative and negative aspects are seen in the fields of revolution , culture , economy , politics and so on . therefore , it is attempted to show the necessity of the influence of islamic revolution on the management of islamic theosophy based on collective views of experts in two realms of islamic mysticism and management . in the first chapter of the study , the researcher tried to investigate and construct managerial propositions from the collection of circumstances and officials in islamic mysticism and then preparing a questionnaire related to it finally , the necessity according to parsons measure was investigated and in four dimensions of effectiveness : adaptation , goal achievement , uniqueness and preservation of patterns were confirmed by experts . the findings of this study emphasize on the necessity of promoting and promoting the islamic revolution management system after the collapse of one of the managers of different levels of the revolution and it can be an incentive to encourage research in this area . .

Islamic mysticism in itself is considered a unified practical school in all aspects of human existence, especially in its social aspects such as management. This research has explored the subject of management with the approach of Islamic mysticism based on the collective opinions of related experts in the two realms of mysticism and educational management and planning. The management model based on Islamic mysticism is sufficiently competent to achieve effectiveness in practice. And the proposed management model based on the teachings of Islamic mysticism in Parsons's measure in four dimensions of effectiveness: adaptation, goal achievement, unity and maintaining patterns has been approved by relevant experts. The findings of this study can be both in standard beliefs and measures and how to achieve it in the educational system and in strengthening and protecting the cultural and spiritual achievements of the management of different levels of the revolution stemming from the original Islamic thought and a relatively neglected factor in research in this field.
