هدف پژوهش حاضر ارایه یک الگوی راهبری سازمانی با رویکرد توسعه کارآفرینی سازمانی به منظور ارایه یک مدل آموزشی - ساختاری بود. پژوهش از دیدگاه هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش کمی و کیفی و برحسب رویکرد آمیخته - اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق در فاز کیفی اساتید دانشگاهی، مدیران و کارشناسان خبره و موفق و در فاز کمی کلیه کارکنان شاغل در حوزه های مدیریتی و اجرایی بانک کشاورزی بود. در بخش کیفی نمونه گیری به روش گلوله برفی انجام شد و این بخش پس از مصاحبه با 20 نفر از خبرگان به اشباع نظری رسید. حجم نمونه در بخش کمی بر اساس فرمول کوکران برابر با 377 نفر محاسبه شد که برای اطمینان بیشتر پرسشنامه میان 400 نفر توزیع شد و نمونه گیری به روش تصادفی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در فاز کیفی یک پرسشنامه حاوی سوالات باز برای مصاحبه و در فاز کمی یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی و پایایی آن به شیوه های مختلف بررسی و تایید شد. متن مصاحبه ها با نرم افزار MAXQDA 2018 بررسی شد و ابعاد و مولفه های مدل شناسایی شدند. سپس مدل تحقیق با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و نرم افزار SMARTPLS 2.0 بررسی شد و تمامی ابعاد و مولفه های آن مورد تایید قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحلیل های کیفی و کمی نشان داد که الگوی راهبری سازمانی با رویکرد توسعه کارآفرینی سازمانی به ترتیب اهمیت شامل سه بعد ساختاری، محیطی و رفتاری هستند. البته نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد هر سه بعد تاثیرگذاری بالایی در الگوی راهبری سازمانی دارند. بعد رفتاری شامل دو مولفه ویژگی های شخصی و مهارت های بین فردی و بعد ساختاری شامل پنج مولفه فرهنگ سازی سازمانی، شفافیت، مشارکت و کارتیمی، ارزش های سازمانی و هنجار سازمانی بود.

The research is applied in purpose, quantitative and qualitative in method, and mixed-exploratory in approach. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative phase included university professors, managers and experts while the quantitative phase involved all employees working in the fields of management and administration at Agriculture Bank. In the qualitative phase, sampling was done using snowball method, and this phase reached theoretical saturation after interviewing 20 experts. The sample size in the quantitative phase was calculated based on Cochrane's formula to be 377, which was raised to 400 for more assurance. Sampling was done randomly. The data collection tool in the qualitative phase was a questionnaire containing open questions for the interviews, and in the quantitative phase, a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were checked and confirmed in different ways was used. The transcript of the interviews was reviewed with MAXQDA 2018 software, and the dimensions and components of the model were identified. Then, the research model was investigated based on confirmatory factor analysis using SMARTPLS 2.0 software, and all its dimensions and components were confirmed. The results of qualitative and quantitative analyses showed that the organizational leadership model with the organizational entrepreneurship development approach includes three structural, environmental and behavioral dimensions. The results of factor analysis showed that all three dimensions have a high impact on the organizational leadership model. The behavioral dimension included two components of personal characteristics and interpersonal skills while the structural dimension included five components of organizational culture building, transparency, participation and teamwork, organizational values, and organizational norms.

Introduction
Phototherapy with a light-emitting diode (LED) is used in medicine due to its potential bio-stimulatory effects on the human body. However, controversy still exists regarding the efficacy of low-level laser therapy (LLLT) and phototherapy with LED. This in vivo study aimed to quantitatively and qualitatively assess the newly formed bone following LED phototherapy of the human maxillary sinuses.
MethodsThis randomized clinical trial (concurrent parallel) was conducted on 44 patients in two groups (n=22) at the Implant Department of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Randomization was done by a random sequence generator program. The inclusion criteria were absence of chronic sinusitis and chronic bone marrow conditions, no history of surgery at the site, absence of diabetes mellitus, no history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy, maxillary premolar edentulism, and signing informed consent forms. Group A underwent LED phototherapy with 620 ± 2 nm wavelength for 20 minutes daily for a total of 21 days after sinus lift surgery. Group B served as the control group and did not receive phototherapy. After 6 months, the grafted sites were re-opened for implant placement, and bone biopsy samples were obtained using a trephine bur. The samples were stained with hematoxylin and eosin and inspected under a light microscope. The results were statistically analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test. Both the surgeon and pathologist were blinded to the group allocation of patients.
ResultsForty tissue specimens were analyzed. Insignificant differences existed between the two groups in terms of the degree of inflammation, bone quality, and maturity of collagen. Histological analyses revealed no significant difference in the mineralized areas of bone between the two groups (P>0.05).
ConclusionThe results indicated that LED phototherapy cannot significantly enhance osteogenesis after sinus lift surgery. No side effects were observed in the experimental group.

مقاله حاضربا هدف بررسی ابعاد و مولفه های حاکمیت شرکتی با رویکرد توسعه کارآفرینی سازمانی در بانک کشاورزی انجام شده است. پژوهش از دیدگاه هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش کیفی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق استادان دانشگاه، مدیران و کارشناسان خبره بانکی با تجربه کافی در بانک کشاورزی بود. نمونه گیری به روش گلوله برفی انجام شد. این بخش پس از مصاحبه با 20 نفر از خبرگان به اشباع نظری رسید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پژوهش پرسشنامه باز و مصاحبه می باشد. تحلیل داده های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه ها با استفاده از کدگذاری با رویکرد باز و محوری و با نرم افزار MAXQDA 2018 انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل ها نشان داد که ابعاد و مولفه های حاکمیت شرکتی با رویکرد توسعه کارآفرینی سازمانی شامل سه متغیر ساختاری، محیطی و رفتاری بعنوان ابعاد پژوهش هستند. بعد رفتاری شامل دو مولفه ی ویژگی های شخصی و مهارت های بین فردی، بعد محیطی شامل چهار مولفه ی کارکنان، هییت مدیره، سهامداران و مشتریان و بعد ساختاری شامل پنج مولفه فرهنگ سازی سازمانی، شفافیت، مشارکت و کارتیمی، ارزش های سازمانی و هنجار سازمانی بود. در مجموع برای این مولفه ها تعداد42 شاخص شناسایی شد. در نهایت ضمن تعیین بیشترین و کمترین فراوانی شاخص ها ،مدل تحقیق با 3 بعد،11مولفه و 42 شاخص طراحی شد.

The analysis of qualitative data from the interviews was performed using open source-centric coding with MAXQDA 2018 software. The results of the analysis showed that the dimensions and components of corporate governance with the approach of organizational entrepreneurship development include three structural, environmental and behavioral variables as research dimensions. Behavioral dimension included two components of personal characteristics and interpersonal skills, environmental dimension included four components of staff, board of directors, shareholders and customers and structural dimension included five components of organizational culture, transparency, participation and carte blanche, organizational values and organizational norm. A total of 42 indicators were identified for these components.

Objectives
This study aimed to assess the effect of application of two types of zirconia primers on repair bond strength of composite to zirconia ceramic.
Materials and MethodsIn this in vitro, experimental study, 60 zirconia blocks were divided into five groups and subjected to the application of Z-Prime Plus (ZPP), Monobond Plus (MBP), Porcelain Bonding Resin (PBR), ZPP followed by PBR (ZPP+PBR) and MBP followed by PBR (MBP+PBR). They were then bonded to Z100 composite. The samples were then immersed in water at 37°C for 24 hours, thermocycled for 1000 cycles between 5-55°C and subjected to shear bond strength (SBS) test. The mode of failure was determined under a stereomicroscope and a scanning electron microscope (SEM).
ResultsThe mean bond strength was the highest in ZPP+PBR group followed by MBP+PBR, ZPP, PBR and MBP group (22.29±8.86, 15.75±2.81, 12.02±3.24, 3.60±2.92 and 2.92±1.78 MPa, respectively). The effects of type of zirconia primer and use/no use of PBR on SBS were significant (P<0.05). The frequency of adhesive failure in MBP and PBR groups was significantly higher than that in MBP+PBR and ZPP+PBR groups (P<0.05). The cohesive failure was significantly more frequent in ZPP+PBR group than in ZPP, MBP and PBR groups (P<0.05).
ConclusionSimultaneous application of zirconia primer and PBR is the most efficient technique for repair of all-ceramic zirconia restorations with composite resin.

Subcondylar fractures are common in the maxillofacial region following direct trauma to the mandibular ramus. The literature is replete with articles written on the treatment of subcondylar fractures, encompassing a plethora of various surgical approaches; however, the best treatment procedure has remained controversial. Such fractures are either treated by open reduction with internal fixation or closed reduction with maxillomandibular fixation.
