Threats and hybrid wars are among the concepts that have become frequent in the new era. In order to achieve their strategic goals, actors of hybrid threats use a wide range of methods from cyber attacks, political propaganda, strengthening discontent and community building, political orientation, subversion, sabotage, economic blackmail, recruitment, networking, etc. in order to realize their plans. They are especially used in the field of armed forces. In response to mixed and dynamic threats, the aim of this research is to provide a model of alertness and intelligence of Faraja employees against threats.

The research method is mixed and applied. In the qualitative stage, by analyzing the content of articles and documents through MAXQDA software, the themes of alertness and intelligence of employees are identified, in the next stage, the reliability of the researcher-made questionnaire is calculated based on the content analysis, and in the final stage, the questionnaire is distributed and then From factor loading calculation and Friedman's test, the result has been evaluated with the CMMI maturity model.

The results of the qualitative phase were identified in the three main groups of emotional intelligence, intelligence quotient and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. In the quantitative phase, the reliability coefficient was 92%, and in the descriptive statistics phase, the maturity level of the calculated indicators was determined in the interaction of humans with technology for alertness and intelligence (with 40.3%), organizational cognitive sciences in alertness and intelligence (with 48.5%), Individual cognitive sciences in alertness and intelligence (with 48.2%) and are in the second level of the CMMI maturity model, i.e. the organized level.

 the armed forces, as a powerful arm and a well-established foundation under the command of the Guardian of Muslims, perform their duties and carry out their missions; Therefore, the current research has been conducted with the aim of explaining the vigilance and preparedness of intelligence-security organizations (with emphasis on one of the organizations) based on the orders and menus of the supreme commander-in-chef. (Mudzallah al-Aali)

 The statistical population of this research was experts and elites of one of the organizations until reaching theoretical saturation; The sample volume in this area will be based on the orders of His Holiness from 1989 to 2023. In terms of practical purpose, the research is among the qualitative researches with theme analysis and the approach of paradigmatic framework and semantic relations in the data theory of the Islamic Foundation.

 The text of the Supreme Leader's statement includes 227 orders, 549 indicators, 54 components and finally based on the final model of Mr. Khanifar's research in five dimensions: (1. Input factors; 2. Driving factors; 3. Posterior factors; 4. Factors process; 5. Consequences were calculated. By examining and studying the intellectual system of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief (Mudzallah al-Aali), it is deduced as follows: piety for all-round care, expansion of intelligence elites, monitoring and evaluation, training for detailed planning, being vigilant and not neglecting, recognizing weaknesses and strengths, expressing readiness for Deterrence, capability and ability, innovation and knowledge-oriented, correct calculation, thwarting the movements of enemies, preparedness at all levels, all-round knowledge of the enemy, optimal management and command, security and unity, compliance with the fundamental principles of intelligence organizations are clearly understandable and evident in their statements.

The security organization of the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in order to be at the level of the Islamic society and to achieve and objectify the goals, mission and organizational tasks, must follow the wise strategies and guidelines of Imam Khamenei, the Supreme Leader and find complete nobility in the subject of his instructions. Recognition and implementation of Imam Khamenei's intellectual system in the NAJA by its security organization, as one of the arms of this force can help this organization to be at the level of the Islamic Republic. Understanding this important research was conducted with the aim of "identifying the effective components in improving the level of awareness and intelligence of NAJA personnel against the threats and injuries of soft war based on the intellectual system of Imam Khamenei"

The research has been an applied-developmental research in terms of purpose. Depending on the data collection method, the qualitative method is used with the exploratory approach of content analysis.

The findings of the study showed that from the perspective of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Imam Khamenei, there are two important and fundamental strategies for improving the level of awareness and intelligence of the community in general and NAJA personnel in particular against the threats and injuries of soft warThe solution was counted and formulated as "smartening" and "culture building".Intelligence oversees the accurate recognition of enemy targets, characteristics and strategies in the field of soft warfare by NAJA personnel, and culture building is considered as an important strategy to protect personnel against the threats of soft warfare. In this way, in the stage of smartening the employees, they have reached a complete and comprehensive knowledge, and in the stage of creating culture, by institutionalizing the patterns governing the religious culture of the Islamic system, they gain the ability to confront the enemy strategies in the field of soft war.Therefore, in this research, the two concepts of "intelligence" and "culturalization" are complementary  to each other, which multiply each other.
