    This study aims to review and analyze the literature in the field of classroom management, given the growth and development of papers in this field in the global scientific community. The bibliometric technique was applied in the investigation, and every scientific publication from 2000 to 2023 is indexed in the Science Direct citation database. After screening the articles, 788 were analyzed, and the data was shown using the VOSviewer program. The historical growth pattern in scientific productions shows a minor decline in 2003, followed by a generally rising trend between 2004 and 2014. The highest number of articles was produced in 2014, with a peak in 2014. The most important keywords are teacher education, higher education, motivation, professional development, self-efficacy, and classroom management teachers. The most important categories in academic literature are education, teacher education, and higher education. The study's emphasis may need to change due to the system's connection to these areas.

    Considering the expansion and increase of School Administration articles in the world scientific community, Reviewing and analyzing the literature in this area is the goal of this study. The study used a descriptive methodology. It includes all scientific articles indexed in the Science Direct citation database from 2000 to 2023. After filtering the papers, 2670 were examined using VOSviewer software to examine and show the data. The research findings indicate that the number of articles has increased since 2004, and The year with the highest percentage of pieces was 2023. Also, between journals with 2125 “Procedia - Social and Behavioral Sciences” 436 articles were ranked first. Also, 5 clusters were identified, and the subjects of leadership, education, professional development, higher education, teachers, school leadership, teacher education, and school improvement had diversity and as “education policy,” “job satisfaction,” “motivation," “development," “human capital” was the previous subjects of this field. This research concluded that areas such as; “COVID-19”, “teacher self-efficacy,” “technology integration,” accountability,” “and “professional learning community” were hot and new.

    This research aims to identify the competencies of school principals based on Iranian studies for effective leadership in schools. Therefore, this research has been developed using a qualitative method and using meta-synthesis strategy. Therefore, after checking the keywords of managers' competence in internal databases, 150 types of research were extracted from 2005 to 2020, and finally, 70 types of research were included in the final analysis. The results included 19 primary pre-organizer themes and six secondary pre-organizer themes. Secondary pre-organizer themes include; Individual competencies (with primary pre-organizer themes: personal, professional, and functional), interactive competencies (with primary pre-organizer themes: intra-organizational interactions, extra-organizational interactions, and team building and teamwork), job competencies (with primary pre-organizer themes: career development, human resource management, and job recognition), organizational competencies (with primary pre-organizer themes: leadership, managerial-executive, soft capacity making, organizational effectiveness, and organizational quality), technical-specialized competencies (with primary pre-organizer themes: technological skills and knowledge skills), financial competencies (with primary pre-organizer themes: budgeting, financial management and planning, and financial efficiency and effectiveness). In the end, in addition to the network of themes, a competency model of school principals has also been drawn based on the results

    توصیف و تفسیر چگونگی فهم پژوهشگران و کارورزان حوزه مدیریت آموزشی از مفهوم «رهبری آموزشی» در مقالات منتشر شده در مجلات علوم تربیتی، شناسایی موضوعات و رویکردهای مورد استفاده از سوی نویسندگان جهت مطالعه این مفهوم، هدف اصلی مقاله است. یافته ها نشان داد که حدود 89 درصد از مقالات موردبررسی، با رویکردهای اثبات گرایانه و روش های کمی به انجام رسیده اند. در فراتحلیل کیفی مقالات مشخص گردید که الگوهای رهبری مختلفی مانند رهبری تحولی، توزیعی، اخلاقی، امنیت مدار، درسی، معنوی و خدمتگزار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند که با آنچه در مرزهای مفهومی دانش در مطالعات خارجی وجود دارد، مطابقت داشت. برخی از الگوها نیز به نظر می رسد بیش از آن که تحت تاثیر موضوعات حوزه در سطح فراملی باشند، بیشتر از فرهنگ و باورهای ارزشی جامعه اسلامی ایرانی متاثر بودند. هم چنین برخی الگوهای نوین رهبری مانند رهبری عدالت محور، فناورمحور و رهبری تعلیم و تربیت محور، با وجود محبوبیت کنونی نزد محققان خارجی، هنوز مورد توجه پژوهشگران داخلی قرار نگرفته اند. تحلیل ها نشان داد که رهبری آموزشی با دامنه ای از تغییرات در محتوا، الگوهای نوشتاری، و پارادیم های پژوهشی در چند سال اخیر روبرو شده که گویای نوعی حرکت به سمت نشاط فکری و بالندگی حوزه است. به این معنی که رهبری آموزشی از موضوعی بین المللی با پس زمینه ای در نظریات سازمانی و نویسندگان مرد تک نفره، به مبحثی تبدیل شده که در نشریات داخلی علوم تربیتی مقالاتی نسبتا فراوان با راهبردهای متفاوت تر، چند نویسنده و با مشارکت زنان پژوهشگر مشاهده می شود. به موازات این تغییرات مثبت، کاهش مشارکت کاروزران در نوشتن مقالات احساس می شود.

    Introduction

    This paper aims to to describe and interpret of how researchers and practioners understand the concept of "educational leadership" in their published articles in relevant refereed research journals on educational studies towards identifying major issues and approaches were applied by the authors to tackle the concept of educational leadership.

    Method

    Using interpretive-critical approach and a qualitative meta-analysis strategy,‌ researchers were trying to answer research questions. The research scope was all aritcles in the field of educational leadership which have been published in Iranian research journals respectively. According to the agreed criteria, 62 quite relevant papers were selected and analyzed qualitatively.

    Results

    The findings on the applied research strategies showed that about 89% of the reviewed articles were conducted quantitatively via the positivist approaches. It was also seen that different leadership patterns such as transformational leadership, distributional, moral security, spirituality, and servant have been taken into account by the studied cases showing that they were in line with current international practices. It seems that some leardership patterns have been influenced by the Islamic culture and values rather than relevant international theoretical issues. Additionally the findings indicated that despite the importance has been given to some modern leadership patterns such as justice-centered leadership, technology-orientation, and instructional leadership by foreign researchers, these patterns have not yey been addressed by Iranian researchers. Further analysis showed that the concept of educational leadership and its content, patterns of writing and research paradigms have been changing increasingly in recent decades resulting in some kind of intellectual flourishing. As a result, despite its limited scope as an international subject heavely rooted in organizational ideas and male single-person writers, it has been transformed to a multifaceted topic in which not only the number of published articles has been sharply increased but also the number and combination of authors in particular female authors and contributers has increase too. Along with these positive changes, it seems that the contribution of young researchers in publishing articles is reduced.

    Discussion

    The findings emphasize the role of the editors and the monitoring committees for publications in the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in examining the content of specialized educational management journal and preventing the unplanned extension of topics beyond the boundaries of the field. It also emphasizes the role of supervisors and advisors in universities and education providers to encourage graduate students to focus on leadership issues in schools in order to

    این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی است که از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه اجرا کمی است. این پژوهش در میان 375 نفر از معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهر تهران که با روش نمونه گیری ترکیبی(طبقه ای و خوشه ای چند مرحله ای) انتخاب شده اند و ده نفر از  صاحب نظران که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب گردیده اند، به اجرا درآمده است. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بهره گرفته شده است که روایی صوری آن از طریق اجرای آزمایشی و روایی محتوایی آن بر اساس قضاوت خبرگان و اشتراکات شاخصها(بیش از 0/5) حاصل شده است. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (0/85) محاسبه شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش توصیفی از درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار و برای نرمال بودن داده ها از آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف و در بخش استنباطی از آزمون تی زوجی و تک نمونه ای استفاده شده است. برای تعیین سازوکارهای تقویت مدیریت آموزشگاهی مبتنی بر رهبری معنوی نیز از تکنیک دلفی و کدگذاری باز بهره گرفته شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که مدیریت مدارس ابتدایی بر اساس مولفه ایمان در شش شاخص در وضعیت مطلوب و در 13 شاخص در وضعیت نامطلوب است. در مولفه تعهد سازمانی سه شاخص در وضعیت مطلوب و هفت شاخص در وضعیت نامطلوب است. در مولفه معناداری دو شاخص در وضعیت مطلوب و چهار شاخص در وضعیت نامطلوب است و در کل، میان وضعیت موجود و مطلوب تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد که سازوکارهایی مناسب برای ارتقای رهبری معنوی در این مدارس تعیین شده اند.

    To explore the extent to which spiritually-based leadership is implemented in Iranian school management system, a cluster sample of 375 elementary school teachers, along with a group of 10 experts, was selected and given a specially constructed questionnaire with an acceptable validity, as judged by  experts, and an internal consistency of 0.85. Data analyses yielded the following: school principals lack most of the indices of faith (13 out of 19), as they did those of organizational commitment (7 out of 10), and meaningfulness (4 out of 6). All in all, the current state differs significantly from that which is desired. Mechanisms by which things can improve are delineated from the experts’ views using the Delphi technique.

The main concern of the study was to answer two questions. The first question is, on what basis can the establishment of the "Shukatiyeh" School be explained? The second question, what can be learned from the characteristics of the "Shukatiyeh" to improve the current schooling system? A historical-analytical approach has used to answer these questions.
