    بررسی اثرات تنش خشکی و جمعیت گیاهی بر انتقال مجدد مواد و عملکرد و برخی اجزای عملکرد ارقام گندم در تحقیقات کشاورزی بروجرد و دورود واقع در استان لرستان در سال زراعی 1398-99 انجام شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با آرایش اسپلیت فاکتوریل درسه تکرار انجام شد. تنش خشکی با سه سطح (شاهد، آبیاری تا گلدهی و آبیاری تا مرحله شیری خمیری) به عنوان عامل اصلی و تراکم بوته (300، 400، 500 و 600 در متر مربع) و رقم (بهاران و میهن) عامل های فرعی بودند. نتایج نشان داد سطوح تنش خشکی، تراکم بوته و رقم بر اجزای عملکرد دانه و همچنین اثر متقابل تنش-تراکم بوته بر طول سنبله معنی دار شدند. اثر متقابل مکان-تنش-رقم بر ارتفاع بوته، طول سنبله و وزن هزار دانه معنی دار شد بطوریکه بالاترین میزان ارتفاع بوته در تیمار آبیاری تا مرحله شیری خمیری و رقم میهن در بروجرد حاصل شد. طول سنبله در آبیاری تا مرحله گلدهی و تراکم 600 بوته بیشتر از سایر تیمارهای آزمایش بود. بالاترین تعداد پنجه در بوته در تیمار شاهد بود. بالاترین وزن هزار دانه در رقم میهن و در سطح آبیاری کامل در منطقه دورود و بالاترین میزان عملکرد دانه و شاخص برداشت نیز در آبیاری کامل حاصل شد. در تنش شیری خمیری دانه و تراکم 400 دانه در متر مربع بیش ترین عملکرد مربوط به رقم بهاران بود.

    This study was conducted to investigate the effect of drought stress and plant population on re-transfer of materials and yield and some yield components of wheat cultivars in Dorud and Boroujerd regions located in Lorestan province in the crop year 2019-20. The experiment was performed as a factorial split-plot in a randomized complete block design with three replications. Drought stress treatment (in three levels of control, irrigation to flowering and irrigation to milk development) was plant density treatments (300, 400, 500 and 600 plants per square meter) and cultivar (Mihan and Baharan) were stand in sub plots. The results showed that drought stress, density and cultivar treatments had an effect on grain yield components and the interaction effect of stress * plant density on spike length and leaf area was significant. Also, the interaction effect of location * stress * cultivar on plant height, spike length and 1000-seed weight was significant. The highest plant height was obtained in irrigation treatment up to the milk development stage and Mihan cultivar cultivated in Boroujerd. The spike length in irrigation treatment up to flowering stage and at the level of 600 plants / m2 was higher than other experimental treatments. The highest number of spike per plant was in the control treatment. The highest 1000-seed weight was obtained in Mihan cultivar at the level of complete irrigation treatment in Dorud region and the highest grain yield was obtained in full irrigation treatment.

    برای پاسخگویی به برآورد نیاز غذایی جمعیت جهان، فناوری های پیشرفته ای در علوم کشاورزی توسعه پیدا کرده اند. سیب زمینی، یکی از مواد غذایی اصلی در رژیم غذایی مردم جهان است و مطالعه روی جنبه های مختلف آن، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. در محصول سیب زمینی نیز ارزیابی کیفی پس از مرحله برداشت، جهت ارایه محصولی قابل اعتماد و یکنواخت به بازار ضروری به نظر می رسد، چرا که این محصول همانند بسیاری دیگر از محصولات، دارای کیفیت و رسیدگی غیر یکنواخت در مرحله برداشت می باشد. در ضمن ایمن و مطلوب بودن ماده غذایی نقش مهمی در صنایع غذایی دارد و بطور مستقیم با سلامت مردم در ارتباط است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان کربوهیدرات موجود در ارقام مختلف سیب زمینی در زمان برداشت محصول انجام شد و بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده دو رقم (ارقام سانته و اسپریت) دارای بیشترین مقدار کربوهیدرات و نیز رقم مارفونا دارای کمترین مقدار کربوهیدرات بود.

    Introduction:

     Potato with scientific name Solanum tuberosum. L is a plant that is cultivated as an important crop in all countries and is known as a source of carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamins in the human diet. This is a native product of South America and its origin is from Peru. After wheat, rice and corn, potato is the fourth product in people's food basket, which in Iran sometimes takes the place of rice and takes second place, which shows its importance in meeting people's food needs. According to the reports of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the area under potato cultivation in Iran in 2019 was more than 164 thousand hectares and the harvested product from this area was about 32.5 million tons. In the food industry, this product is transformed into various products such as baked potatoes, fried potatoes, potato chips, potato starch, dry fried potatoes, etc.Agria, Sante, Arinda, Marfona, Jelli, Born, Satina, Milva, Banba, Fontane, Ramos and Esprit varieties are among the most common potato varieties in Iran. Due to the increasing expectations for food products with high quality and safety standards, it is necessary to accurately, quickly and purposefully determine the characteristics of food products. In the apple-potato product, quality assessment after the harvest stage is necessary to provide a reliable and uniform product to the market, because potatoes, like many other products, have uneven quality and handling during the harvest stage. - Be At the same time, the safety and desirability of food play an important role in the food industry and are directly related to people's health. In addition, a huge part of the potatoes used in the processing industry is stored, so considering the importance of this food item and the demand of the people throughout the year, it is possible to meet the needs of the applicants only through long-term storage with optimal conditions was responsible. Potatoes for the processing industry must have some requirements such as low sugar content, high dry matter and specific weight, high antioxidants, light skin color and no sprouting. Storage conditions after harvesting can cause changes in the chemical composition and quality of the product.The nutritional and chemical composition of potatoes differs from each other depending on the variety, storage period, growing season, soil type and pre-harvest nutrition. In general, potatoes contain 70-80% water and 16-24% starch and contain small amounts (less than 4%) of protein, fat, anthocyanins, minerals, etc.Storage conditions after harvesting can cause many changes in the chemical composition of potato tubers and as a result, change the quality characteristics of the final product. Sugar and starch are the main components that are affected by metabolism after harvesting in the potato tuber and may ultimately affect their texture, sensory and cooking properties.The quality of potatoes and, consequently, the quality of processed products, significantly depends on the variety and environmental conditions, both during the growing season and during the storage period.Although the quality of raw potatoes is determined primarily by the size, shape, color and attractiveness of the tuber, its quality is mainly determined by examining the quality of the final product. The quality of processed potato products is evaluated in terms of color, flavor and texture, and most of their quality depends on the quality of raw potatoes.By analyzing the relationship between the color of chips, dry solids, sucrose, reducing sugar, ascorbic acid, protein and storage temperature data, Meza showed that dry solids, reducing sugar and sucrose in determining the color of fresh potato chips and reducing sugar, tuber temperature and sucrose content are very important in determining the color of stored tuber chips, and the relative importance of each of these parameters changes with the variety and age of potato tubers.

    Methodology

    different varieties of potato were prepared from Arallo Agricultural Research Center (Ardebil Province) immediately after harvest. Then, data collection was done from different samples and cultivars (measurement of carbohydrate content) as explained below.The carbohydrate content of the samples was extracted using the equipment available in the central laboratory of Mohaghegh Ardabili University. This process was carried out by the Schlegel method, in which carbohydrates were extracted using 95% ethanol based on the sulfuric acid method in each sample. The amount of light absorption of each sample was obtained from a nano-spectrophotometer device (Nanodrop) with a volume of 1000 microliters (Figure 1) using a cuvette (made by Termo scientific company from the USA) and the amount of extracted carbohydrates were obtained based on micrograms per millilitre from the standard curve.Glucose was used to prepare the standard curve. Serial dilution of glucose was prepared and color development at 490 nm was controlled for different concentrations of glucose and one millilitre of distilled water was used as a blank. This standard curve was used to calculate the concentration of total carbohydrates in the samples. The standard curve had a coefficient of determination of 0.9955.For each sample, data collection was done in three repetitions and the amount of absorption wavelength and then the amount of carbohydrate was calculated.

    Conclusion

    In order to obtain the number of carbohydrates, the number of the absorption wavelength was placed in the relationship obtained from the standard curve, and the number of carbohydrates was obtained in micrograms per millilitre. The results of the analysis of the variance of the effect of cultivar on potato carbohydrate content can be seen in Table 1. According to the analysis of the variance table, the effect of variety on potato carbohydrate content was significant at the 1% probability level.As you can see, Sante and Esprit cultivars have more carbohydrates than other cultivars. Also, the carbohydrate content of the Marfona variety was the lowest.According to the data and results of the research, it was observed that the amount of carbohydrates in different potato cultivars is different, and Sante and Esprit cultivars had more carbohydrates at the time of harvest. Also, according to the resulting graphs, it was observed that the amount of carbohydrates of the Marfona cultivar is lower than other cultivars. It is recommended to choose a more suitable variety according to the type of consumption and the importance of quality characteristics for consumption and processing, according to the storage conditions and time.

    تکنولوژی های پیشرفته ای در کشاورزی به منظور پاسخگویی در راستای تامین نیاز غذایی بشر، ظهور پیدا کرده است. سیب زمینی، یکی از مواد غذایی اصلی در رژیم غذایی مردم جهان است که بعد از گندم، برنج و ذرت در تبه چهارم مصرف مواد غذایی در سبد مردم است و حتی در ایران در جایگاه دوم قرار می گیرد که نشان از اهمیت بالای آن در تامین نیازهای غذایی مردم دارد. مطالعه روی جنبه های مختلف آن، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. زیرا انتظارات برای محصولات غذایی با استانداردهای کیفی و ایمنی مناسب افزایش پیدا کرده است و تعیین ویژگی های محصولات غذایی ضروری به نظر می آید. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان قند ارقام مختلف سیب زمینی برای تعیین و تشخیص ارقام مناسب سیب زمینی برای مصارف مختلف، انجام شد. در این پژوهش حاضر، از دستگاه رفرکتومتر مایعات به منظور اندازه گیری قند استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، تغییرات میزان قند بین ارقام مختلف سیب زمینی در سطح 1 درصد معنی دار بود و رقم اسپریت و جلی بترتیب بیشترین و کمترین میزان قند را به خود اختصاص دادند.

Therefore, the management of potato tubers in all stages of production and storage is very important.The quality of this product and its processed products depends on the variety and environmental conditions (both during the growing season and during the storage period). By analyzing the relationship between chips color, dry solids, sucrose, reducing sugar, ascorbic acid, protein and storage temperature data, Meza showed that dry solids, reducing sugar and sucrose in determining the color of fresh potato chips and reducing sugar, tuber temperature and sucrose content are very important in determining the color of stored tuber chips and the relative importance of each of these parameters changes with the type of tuber variety and storage.The amount of potato sugar significantly depends on the variety and storage temperature and it happens quickly in cold weather. In potato tubers during the storage period, starch is gradually hydrolyzed and turned into sugar (glucose). In unripe tubers and potatoes that are stored for a long time at low temperatures, there are more amounts of glucose, this feature is considered an anti-quality feature for the potato product in the industry, why? The increase of regenerating sugars causes the produced chips to turn brown and bitter. Storing potatoes for more than 7 months can cause ageing or old sweetness, and storage at a temperature of fewer than 10 degrees Celsius can cause sweetness caused by cold. Although potato storage at low temperatures can have beneficial results such as reducing respiration rate, reducing physiological ageing, inhibiting germination, reducing evaporative water loss and reducing microbial pathogens. But sugars accumulate when the balance between starch degradation and breakdown is not established and there is carbohydrate respiration. Therefore, potatoes that are kept at a lower temperature have a lot of sugar. Researchers reported that when potatoes are stored at zero degrees Celsius, there will be a complete stop in th accumulation of sugar.

    Methodology

    First, 5 different varieties of fresh potatoes (Spirit, Agria, Sante, Jelli and Marfona) were prepared from Ardabil Agricultural Research Center (Arallo District). It should be noted that these potatoes were prepared immediately after harvesting so that there are no changes in the amount of sugar due to the time interval after harvesting.The amount of sugar in each sample was measured in three replicates using a liquid refractometer model BPTR100 (Middle East Control System Company, brand name Prisma Tech, made in Iran) available at Mohaghegh Ardabili University (Figure 1). For this, first, some water was taken from the samples and after pouring it into a microtube, it was placed inside a refrigerated centrifuge (top speed) of the LISA France model, and after rotating at a speed of 1800 rpm for 2 minutes, the impurities at the bottom settled and separated the pure liquid (pure potato juice). After reaching the ambient temperature, the said liquid was placed on the refractometer and its sugar content was read in terms of Brix.

    Conclusion

    The results of the analysis of the variance of cultivar effect on potato sugar content are shown in Table 1. According to the analysis of the variance table, the effect of variety on potato sugar level was significant at 1% probability level. You can see the changes in the amount of sugar of different potato cultivars in Figure 2. The difference in the amount of sugar in different cultivars is due to the difference in their starch hydrolysis (the main compound of potato-potato tubers) which occurs as a result of the respiration of the product, and it is in this way that the higher the amount of starch in If one variety is less, that variety has less sugar, and it is important to note that the chemical composition depends on the potato variety, soil, climate, and agricultural factors. In general, it can be said that potatoes with more sugar are suitable for the chips industry, and potatoes with medium sugar are suitable for frying. According to Figure 2, the highest amount of sugar is related to the Esprit variety and the lowest amount is related to the Jelly variety. The reason for the difference in the amount of sugar between different cultivars is mainly related to the type of soil, fertilizer and poison used. According to the data and the results of the research, it was observed that the amount of sugar in different varieties of potato is different, in the meantime, the jelly variety generally has a lower amount of sugar at the time of harvesting, and the variety of Esprit has the highest amount of sugar at the time of harvesting. Was. It is recommended to choose a more suitable variety according to the conditions according to the type of consumption and the importance of quality characteristics for consumption and processing, of course, physical characteristics are also involved in this relationship, which should be taken into consideration.

    گیاه Perilla frutescens var. crispa  دارویی و معطر از تیره نعناعیان است که امروزه مصارف متعددی از جمله رفع یبوست، درمان آسم، ضدپیری، مراقبت از پوست و طعم دهنده دارد. با توجه به تاثیر شرایط اقلیمی محل رویش بر مقدار مواد موثره گیاهان دارویی، در این مطالعه، تغییر در محتوی و ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس گیاه کشت شده در مزارع تحقیقاتی چهار منطقه از کشور (رشت، نور، خرم آباد و نیشابور) در سال 1399 ارزیابی شد. اندام هوایی گیاه در مرحله رویشی جمع‏آوری و اسانس آن به روش تقطیر با آب بدست آمد. اندازه‏گیری کمی و کیفی ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس با استفاده از گازکروماتوگرافی و گازکروماتوگرافی متصل به طیف‏سنج جرمی انجام شد. در بین مناطق مورد مطالعه نیشابور و رشت به ترتیب از بیشترین و کمترین ارتفاع از سطح دریا و از نظر طبقه‏بندی اقلیمی نیز، دو منطقه رشت و نور دارای تشابه بیشتری بودند. محتوای اسانس به ترتیب 1/45، 1/33، 1/26 و 1/16 درصد وزنی به وزنی برای گیاهان کشت شده در رشت، نور، نیشابور و خرم‏آباد بدست آمد. همچنین درمجموع 28، 27، 25 و 27 ترکیب به ترتیب در اسانس گیاهان کشت شده در مناطق نور، رشت، خرم‏آباد و نیشابور شناسایی شدند. (ای)-کاریوفیلن  (4/7-42/58 درصد)، آلفا-کادینول  (2/5-8/16 درصد)، (ای)-نرولیدول  (8/5-3/9 درصد)، آلفا- دهیدرو-الشولتزیا کتون (1/5-2/7 درصد)، سیس- دی هیدرو- آلفا- ترپینیل استات  (0/5-1/7 درصد) و اگوما کتون  (2/5-0/5 درصد) ترکیبات غالب در اسانس گیاه کشت شده در مناطق مختلف بودند. سزکویی‏ترپن های هیدروکربنه (61/2-44/9 درصد) بخش غالب نمونه های اسانس را به خود اختصاص دادند. آنالیز کلاستر بر اساس ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس، مناطق موردمطالعه را در دو زیرخوشه گروه‏بندی کرد، به طوری که مناطق نور و رشت در یک زیرگروه و مناطق خرم آباد و نیشابور در گروه دیگر قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد، مناطق با اقلیم معتدل برای بهبود کمیت اسانس و مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک در افزایش کیفیت اسانس گیاه مناسب هستند.

    Perilla frutescens var. crispa, a medicinal and aromatic plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family is widely used for the treatment of constipation, asthma, and skin disorders, and also as spice. As climatic, environmental, and edaphological conditions of the plant habitats affect active substances of medicinal plants, quantitative and qualitative changes in the essential oil content and composition of the plants cultivated in the Research Farms of four regions of Iran (Rasht, Noor, Khorramabad, and Neishabour) were evaluated in the present study in 2020. Aerial organs of the plants were collected at the vegetative stage and their essential oils were isolated by hydro-distillation. The essential oils were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) and GC-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Among the studied areas, the highest and lowest altitudes were Neishabour and Rasht, respectively. The climatic classification of Rasht and Noor was also more similar. The essential oil contents (%w/w) of the plant samples in Rasht, Noor, Neishabour, and Khorramabad were 1.45, 1.33, 1.26, and 1.16, respectively. In total, 28, 27, 25, and 27 compounds were identified in Noor, Rasht, Khorramabad, and Neishabour regions, respectively. (E)-Caryophyllene (42.4-58.7%), α-cadinol (8.2-16.5%), (E)-nerolidol (3.8-9.5%), α-dehydro-elsholtzia ketone (2.1-7.5%), cis-dihydro-α-terpinyl acetate (1.0-7.5%), and egoma ketone (0.2-5.5%) were the major essential oil compounds at different regions. Sesquiterpene hydrocarbons (44.9-61.2%) were the major class of the compounds of essential oils. Cluster analysis based on the essential oil compositions classified the studied areas into two distinct groups. Noor and Rasht were clustered in one group and Khorramabad and Neishabour were clustered in the other group. Results showed that temperate regions are suitable to increase the essential oil contents of the plants, while arid and semi-arid regions can improve the quality of essential oils.

    میوه انگور (Vitis vinifera L.) یکی از محصولات گیاهی با اهمیت اقتصادی در سراسر جهان است و منبع غذایی ارزشمندی برای انسان است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ساختار تشریحی برگ و دمبرگ هفت رقم انگور (سیاه، فخری، منقا، عسگری، صاحبی، قرمز، یاقوتی) در منطقه بروجرد با میکروسکوپ نوری انجام شد. ویژگی های تشریحی مختلف نظیر ضخامت برگ، قطر دمبرگ، قطردستجات آوندی رگبرگ و دمبرگ، قطریک دسته آوندی برگ و دمبرگ، ضخامت اپیدرم برگ و دمبرگ، قطر رگبرگ اصلی، تعداد دستجات آوندی دمبرگ و رگبرگ اصلی و قطرپارانشیم مغزدمبرگ بررسی شدند. طبق نتایج، بیشترین ضخامت برگ، قطر دمبرگ، قطردستجات آوندی رگبرگ و دمبرگ، قطریک دسته آوندی برگ و دمبرگ، قطرپارانشیم مغز دمبرگ و تعداد دستجات آوندی دمبرگ مربوط به رقم یاقوتی بود. در مورد صفاتی چون ضخامت برگ، ضخامت اپیدرم برگ، قطردستجات آوندی رگبرگ، قطریک دسته آوندی برگ، دستجات آوندی رگبرگ اصلی، کمترین مقدار را رقم انگور سیاه نشان داد. رقم منقا بیشترین مقدار ضخامت اپیدرم برگ و قطر رگبرگ اصلی را نشان داد. کمترین قطر رگبرگ اصلی، قطر یک دسته آوندی دمبرگ و ضخامت اپیدرم دمبرگ متعلق به رقم فخری بود. رقم عسگری بیشترین مقداردستجات آوندی رگبرگ اصلی و کمترین مقدار قطر دمبرگ، قطر دستجات آوندی دمبرگ و قطرپارانشیم مغز دمبرگ را نشان داد. بیشترین مقدار ضخامت اپیدرم دمبرگ را رقم صاحبی نشان داد. مقایسه ساختار تشریحی برگ و دمبرگ نشان داد تفاوت در شاخص های مورد بررسی در ارقام مختلف معنی دار است.

    Vitis vinifera L. is one of the most important plant products in the world .The aim of this study was to investigate the anatomical structure of leaves and petioles of seven grape cultivars of Boroujerd region with light microscopy. Different anatomical features such as leaf thickness, petiole diameter, diameter of vein and petiole vessels, diameter of leaf and petiole bundle, thickness of leaf and petiole epidermis, diameter of main vein, number of petiole and main vein clusters and diameter of brain parenchyma. According to the results, the highest leaf thickness, petiole diameter, diameter of vein and petiole vessels, diameter of leaf and petiole vascular bundle, diameter of petiole nucleus parenchyma and number of petiole vascular bundles were related to ruby cultivar. In the case of traits such as leaf thickness, leaf epidermal thickness, diameter of vein vascular bundles, diameter of leaf vascular bundle, main vascular bundles, the lowest value was shown by black grape cultivar. Manqa cultivar showed the highest leaf epidermis thickness and main vein diameter. The smallest diameter of the main vein, the diameter of a petiole bundle and the thickness of the petiole epidermis belonged to Fakhri cultivar. Asgari cultivar showed the highest value of main vein vascular apparatus and the lowest value of petiole diameter, diameter of petiole vascular bundles and diameter of petiole brain parenchyma. Sahebi cultivar showed the highest thickness of petiole epidermis. Comparison of anatomical structure of leaves and petioles showed significant differences in the studied indices in different cultivars.

    A factorial experiment was performed as a randomized complete block design with three replications in Sari Research Farm during 2016-2017. Three levels of stress, including drought stress on the time of tillering initiation (15 days after transplanting), in remobilization stage (the end of flowering and the beginning of grain filling stage), and no drought stress (control), were considered as the main factors. Four fertilizer sources, including vermicompost, Azolla compost, humic acid, and chemical fertilizers of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, along with two local Tarom and Shirodi cultivars, were considered as the sub-factor. The maximum paddy seed yield was obtained in the non-stress condition using humic acid in Shirodi and local Tarom cultivars. The highest harvest index in the first year under non-stress conditions was obtained from the use of humic acid fertilizer resources in the Shirodi cultivar (54.08%), and the maximum concentrations of chlorophylls a, b, and total chlorophyll were obtained under non-stress conditions. With applying stress, especially drought stress at the complete heading stage, the chlorophyll concentration significantly reduced, so that under drought stress at the heading stage, chlorophyll a, b, and total chlorophyll concentrations reduced by 3.8, 2.6, and 3.3, respectively, compared with the control. the use of humic acid is recommended to obtain the maximum functional and physiological traits of the studied rice cultivars under drought stress.

    با توجه به اینکه گیاهان زراعی، بخش عمده عناصر غذایی ضروری مورد نیاز خود را توسط خاک جذب کرده و در شرایط دیم که کمبود جذب عناصر غذایی وجود دارد از طریق راهکارهایی مثل استفاده از کود زیستی می توان جذب عناصر غذایی را در زراعت دیم افزایش داد، به همین جهت به منظور بررسی نقش قارچ میکوریزا بر جذب عناصر غذایی ارقام جو دیم، آزمایشی تحت شرایط مزرعه به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی سرابله، ایلام در سال زراعی 99-1398 اجرا گردید. تیمار های آزمایشی شامل ارقام جو (محلی، ماهور، خرم و فردان) و منابع کودی شامل: شاهد (عدم مصرف منابع کودی)،50 درصد نیاز فسفر گیاه به صورت کود شیمیایی، قارچ میکوریزا، قارچ میکوریزا همراه با 50 درصد نیاز فسفر گیاه به صورت کود شیمیایی و100 درصد نیاز فسفر گیاه به صورت کود شیمیایی بودند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که اثر برهکمنش رقم ×منابع کودی بر نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، منیزیم، آهن، مس و منگنز معنی دار بود. برهمکنش جو رقم فردان ×قارچ میکوریزا همراه با 50 درصد کود شیمیایی فسفر دارای بیشترین نیتروژن (1/11 درصد)، فسفر (19/1 درصد)، پتاسیم (92/3 درصد)، منیزیم (292/0 درصد)، آهن (5/136 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم)، منگنز (8/65 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) و مس برگ (71/65 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) بود. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده نشان داده شد که در شرایط دیم منطقه رقم جدید فردان ×قارچ میکوریزا همراه با 50 درصد کود شیمیایی فسفر می تواند توصیه گردد.

    In order to investigate the effect of mycorrhiza fungi on nutrient uptake of barley in rain fed conditions, a field experiment was carried out in factorial analysis based on randomized complete block design with three replications at the farm station of Sarablah Agricultural Research Center, Ilam during 2019-2020 cropping season. Experimental factors were four barley cultivars (Mahali, Mahoor, Khoram, and Fardan) and fertilizer application including: control (without fertilizer application and mycorrhizal fungi), 50% P chemical fertilizer recommended based on soil test (25 keg/ha), mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae, Glomus etunicatum, and Rhizophagus irregularis), mycorrhizal fungi along with 50% P chemical fertilizer, and 100% P chemical fertilizer as recommended. Results indicated that interaction between cultivar and fertilizer sources had significant effect on nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, copper, and manganese. Interaction of Fardan cultivar and mycorrhizal fungi + 50% phosphorus fertilizer resulted in the highest nitrogen (11.1%), phosphorus (1.19%), potassium (3.92%), magnesium (0.292%), iron (136.5 mg.kg-1) manganese (65.8 mg.kg-1), and copper (65.71 mg.kg-1) in leaves. According to the obtained results, in the rain fed conditions, the new cultivar Fardan is recommended with mycorrhizal fungi along with 50% phosphorus fertilizer given the high concentration of high macro elements (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium) and micro elements (iron, manganese, and copper) and the role of these elements in plant growth and photosynthesis

    سیب زمینی گیاهی است مهم که در سراسر جهان رشد می کند و به عنوان یک محصول مهم در کشورهای در حال توسعه و توسعه یافته برای رژیم غذایی انسان به عنوان یک منبع کربوهیدرات، پروتیین، و ویتامین ها به حساب می آید. این محصول بومی آمریکای جنوبی و اصل آن از کشور پرو می باشد و پس از گندم، برنج و ذرت، چهارمین محصول در سبد غذایی جوامع بشری است. ارزیابی کیفیت محصولات کشاورزی یکی از فعالیت های مهم پس از برداشت است که با توجه به رشد تقاضا برای محصولات سالم و دارای کیفیت بهتر، مورد توجه زیادی قرار گرفته است. در دهه های اخیر تکنیکهای مختلفی برای ارزیابی میوه ها و سبزی ها به صورت غیرتخریبی کاربرد پیدا کرده اند. در بین این روش ها، طیف سنجی فروسرخ نزدیک به عنوان یک روش غیرمخرب و سریع به منظور سنجش خواص محصولات کشاورزی مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش رابطه بین میزان SSC و میزان جذب طول موج سیب زمینی بررسی شد. طیف سنجی فروسرخ نزدیک جذبی در محدوده طول موج های 400-1100 نانومتر انجام و میزان SSC در نمونه ها نیز به صورت مخرب اندازه گیری شد. پس از حذف نمونه های پرت با آنالیز PCA، برای بهبود طیف، پیش پردازش های اولیه مختلف اعمال و اثرات آن ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و مدل مناسب با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزیی(PLS) تعیین گردید. همچنین مقایسه نتایج مربوطه، نشان داد که این روش توانایی بسیار بالایی برای پیش بینی SSC دارد. در نتیجه به نظر می رسد که طیف سنجی فروسرخ نزدیک با دقت بالایی قادر به تخمین کیفیت ارقام مختلف سیب زمینی است.

    Introduction

    Potato is an important vegetable that grows all over the world and is considered an important product in developing and developed countries for the human diet as a source of carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamins. This product is native to South America and its origin is from Peru, and after wheat, rice and corn, it is the fourth product in the food basket of human societies. According to the statistics of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the area under cultivation of this crop in Iran in 2017 was 161 thousand hectares and the crop harvested from this area is about 5.1 million tons. As expectations for food products with high quality and safety standards increase, it is necessary to determine their characteristics accurately, quickly, and purposefully. In the potato crop, quality evaluation, after harvest and isolation, is very important to provide a reliable and uniform product to the market, because the potato, like many other crops, has the non-uniform quality and care during the harvest stage. While the quality of raw potatoes is primarily determined by the size, shape, color, and attractiveness of the tuber, the quality of potatoes is generally determined by examining the quality of the final product. The quality of processed products is examined in terms of color, flavor, and texture. The quality of most processed products stems from the quality of raw potatoes. Uniformity in size, shape, and composition is essential for optimal quality. During storage, processing, or cooking, potatoes are exposed to a variety of phenomena that affect the final quality of the product. For consumers, the main quality characteristics of potatoes are color, size, and texture. However, quality assessment for industrial potato processing includes various parameters such as dry matter content, starch content and characteristics, shelf life after storage (storage), and after processing. The type of cultivar, physical and chemical composition, and post-harvest storage are important factors that can affect the cooking characteristics of potatoes and potato crops. Quality assessment of agricultural products includes two main methods, quality rating systems based on the apparent properties of agricultural products and quality rating systems based on internal quality assessment, which has gained prominence in recent years. In the meantime, several methods have been developed so far for non-destructive quality classification of agricultural products based on the evaluation of their internal properties, only some of which have been able to meet the above conditions and are technically and industrially justified. To be. In the meantime, spectroscopy can have high efficiency in determining the quality of figures. Spectroscopy is a system that has a different structure and approach from other methods (image processing, neural network, etc.) and can classify and determine the quality of the digit.

    Methodology

    First, 3 different potato cultivars were prepared from Ardabil Agricultural Research Center. After preparing the data, data were collected to determine the amount of sugar (SSC) and at the same time, the samples were tested with a spectrometer to determine the wavelengths of the samples. The glucose level of each sample was measured in 18 replications using an SBR-62T ocular refractometer. To do this, the water of the samples was placed on a refractometer at ambient temperature and its sugar level was read in terms of Brix. A PS-100 spectroradiometer (Apogee Instruments, INC., Logan, UT, USA) made in the USA was used to obtain the spectrum of the samples. This ultra-small, lightweight, portable spectrophotometer has a 1nm sprayer-type single-diffuser and a linear silicon CCD array detector with 2048 pixels, which has a range of 250-150 nm (Vis / NIR) cover. There is also the ability to connect fiber optics to the PS-100 spectroradiometer and transfer data to a computer for the purpose of displaying and storing the acquired spectra in the Spectra Wiz software via the USB port. The data obtained from spectral imaging may be affected by the scattering of light by the detector by changing the sample, changing the sample size, surface roughness in the sample, noise caused by the temperature of the device and many other factors, and unwanted information Affect the accuracy of calibration models. Therefore, data processing is required to achieve stable, accurate, and reliable calibration models. The application of non-destructive methods based on spectroscopy in the full range of wavelengths requires a lot of time and money, which makes the practical application of this method almost impossible; therefore, one should look for a way to find the optimal wavelengths and limit the wavelengths to the minimum possible. The partial least squares (PLS) regression method seems ideal in this regard. In this study, in order to build the models, the data were randomly divided into two parts: 80% of the samples were used for cross-training and cross-validation and the rest of the data were used for independent validation.

    Conclusion

    Mean absorption spectra Vis / NIR absorption spectra for different treatments in the range of 1000-500 nm are shown in Figure 1. Environmental factors (light and heat) as well as the quality of spectrometer expression cause perturbations in the initial and final wavelengths of the spectra, so part of these wavelengths are removed from the data set and as shown in Figure 1, the samples had a roughly similar pattern; This may be due to the color of the samples. According to Figure 1, there are two well-defined peaks for the spectra, and it appears that for the Colombo and Sante cultivars the peaks appeared at around 480 and 1000 nm and for the Milwa cultivar at around 540 and 950 nm. Figure 1 also shows that the absorption rate of the Milwa cultivar is higher than the other two cultivars, which can be due to differences in the number of different substances such as sugar or SSC. Based on the analysis (PCA) results presented in Figure 2, the first principal component (PC-1) describes 67% and the second principal component (PC-3) describes 27% of the variance of the samples tested. As a result, the first two principal components together represent 94% of the data. Due to the fact that the relationship between the properties of different samples during the tests, for various reasons such as technical problems of equipment, data collection, incorrect sampling, etc. in some samples is inappropriate or to correct. To be out. The values of R2 and RMSE for the calibration and validation sets of different regression models (PLS) with raw and processed data are presented in Figure 3, which is equal to 1.

    استفاده از کودهای مناسب زیستی یا آلی جهت افزایش کمیت و کیفیت محصول همواره یکی از دغدغه های تولیدکنندگان و کشاورزان بوده است. در پژوهش حاضر اثرات محلول پاشی سه نوع کود تجاری Stimplex (کود زیستی)،)Essential plus کود آلی)،  Fertigofol ultra (کود کامل معدنی) و همچنین نانوکلات پتاسیم در افزایش ویژگی های کمی و کیفی میوه دو رقم توت فرنگی (گاویتا و آلبیون) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش، صفاتی شامل تعداد برگ و غنچه، طول دمبرگ، سفتی میوه و عملکرد تک بوته، محتوای کلروفیل، آنتوسیانین، فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی و همینطور مقدار کربوهیدرات محلول کل مورد اندازه گیری قرار گرفت. طویل ترین دمبرگ (15.2 سانتی متر) و بیشترین تعداد برگ (11.6)در هر بوته مربوط به کود stimplex  دررقم گاویتا بود در حالیکه کوتاهترین دمبرگ (11.1 سانتی متر) نیز تحت تاثیر همین کود در رقم آلبیون بود. بیشترین و کمترین محتوی کربوهیدرات محلول کل به ترتیب مربوط به تیمار نانو کلات پتاسیم و کودstimplex  در هر دو رقم مورد مطالعه بود. سفتی میوه در رقم آلبیون تحت همه تیمارها بطور قابل توجهی بیشتر از رقم گاویتا بود اما بالاترین میزان سفتی میوه تحت تاثیر کود stimplex  بدست آمد. با وجود واکنش های متفاوت بین ارقام و تیمارها، عملکرد بالاتر میوه در تیمارهای دStimplex ، Fertigofol و کودهای همچنین در نانوکلات پتاسیم مشاهده شد. بطور خلاصه، در اکثر صفات مورد مطالعه، رقم گاویتا  نسبت به آلبیون بهتر بود  وکود های Stimplex  و Fertigofol  بیشترین اثرات مثبت را بر کمیت و کیفیت میوه ها به ویژه در رقم گاویتا داشتند و از این رو قابل توصیه به گلخانه داران و کشاورزان می باشد.

    The use of appropriate biological and organic fertilizers has been a prominent technique in the yield promotion and quality improvement of horticultural crops. In Present study, the effects of three commercial fertilizers; Stimplex (biofertilizer), Essential plus (organic fertilizer), Fertigofol (Complete fertilizer) as well Nano-chelate potassium on the quality and yield of two commercial strawberry cultivars (Albione and Gavietta) were evaluated. Traits including number of leaves and flower buds, petiole length, fruit firmness and yield of each plant, chlorophyll and anthocyanin content, antioxidant activity and Total soluble carbohydrate were measured. The longest petioles (15.2 cm) and the highest number of leaves (11.6) per plant were related to Gavita cultivar under stimplex biofertilizer treatment, while the shortest petiole (11.1 cm) was also affected by the same fertilizer(stimplex) in Albion cultivar. The highest and lowest total soluble carbohydrate content was obtained under potassium nano-chelate and stimplex treatments in both cultivars, respectively. Fruit firmness in Albion cultivar under all tested treatments was significantly higher than Gavita, but the highest fruit firmness was obtained with stimplex biofertilizer. The results revealed that although there were considerable variations among measured parameters as well cultivars in response to tested treatments, but the suitable treatments were Stimplex and fertifogol and then nano-chelate potassium. In short, "Gavietta" attained more score in most of measured attributes higher than "Albione. Considering the traits responses to the fertilizers, Stimplex and Fertifogol fertilizers showed more positive effects on the quality and quantity of strawberry fruits and hence,"Gavietta" was the cultivar of choice.

    An accelerating worldwide trend toward planting elite cultivars is leading towards two types of Date Palm (Phoenix dactylifera L) propagation: offshoot propagation or a tissue culture propagation. However, the date palm diversity is nowadays facing crucial problems. The alternative for both these methods is Seed propagation. Although Seed dormancy in date palm has continued to be challenging especially when cultivating through seeds. This study evaluated the efficiency of the operculum removal treatment combined with temperature on the seed dormancy for four different Moroccan cultivars (Najda, Boufegousse, Aziza and Assian). Thereby the germination Test was carried out using a completely randomized design, the four cultivars seeds were selected and subsequently received the pre-germination treatment. In this survey, the evaluated traits were the germination rate and the germination speed index. Results showed that the treatment significantly (p < 0.05) affect the germination rate and Germination percentage of all of the four cultivars of date palm. The germination rate was above 90% and below 20% for the treated seed and control, respectively. The higher germination rates were exhibited by the “Najda” and “Assiane” seedlings. The highest levels of the germination speed index were exhibited also by the “Najda” and “Assiane”. This study demonstrates that seed dormancy in date palm can best be overcome by an operculum removal treatment combined with temperature.

    The exposure of seeds to undesirable soil conditions induces secondary dormancy and this causes many problems for seed producers. Assessing seed secondary dormancy potential is an important factor in developing rapeseed lines and cultivars. A relatively rapid, precise, and reproducible method derived from the Hohenheim standard dormancy test (HSDT) has been developed for secondary dormancy evaluation of 41 rapeseeds (Brassica napus L.) lines and 5 cultivars. The two previous methods, HSDT and rapid secondary dormancy (RDT) were compared with our suggested fast-reproducible dormancy test (FRDT) method. All three methods consider three stages for seeds i.e. dormancy induction, germination in darkness, and breaking secondary dormancy. In the FRDT method, time to germination in darkness and seed dormancy breakage duration decreased to 7 and 4 days, respectively, whereas the corresponding figures in the HSDT were 14 and 7 days. Meanwhile, the duration of the three stages in sum decreased from 35 to 25 days. The obtained ranges of seed dormancy in different lines and cultivars as assessed by HSDT, FRDT, and RDT varied from 6 to 98.75, 7.5 to 99, and 0 to 36%, respectively. Positive relationships were found between data of the seed secondary dormancy testing by HSDT and FRDT methods. Owe to the precise and reproducible estimates, both HSDT and FRDT methods can be used for testing seed secondary dormancy in different rapeseed lines and cultivars. This method helps seed breeders to improve the screening of new rapeseed lines and cultivars with lower potential for secondary dormancy and as a result reduce the risk of volunteer rapeseed emergence in the field, which compromises yield in the next growing season.

    This investigation was carried out with the aim of determining the effect of polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG; 0, 3%, 6% and 9% w/v) treatment on six cultivars of Medicago sativa. PEG treatment significantly decreased the germination index in cultivars of Isfahani, Hamedani, Bami, Baghdadi, Yazdi and Ghare-Medicago, with the highest reduction in Ghare-Medicago and Hamedani cultivars by about 50% and 44%, respectively. PEG treatment significantly decreased germination percentage and germination rate in two cultivars of Ghare-Medicago (22% and 20%, respectively) and Hamedani (28% and 27%, respectively) while increased mean germination time in them. The seedlings height, fresh weight and water content significantly decreased in all PEG-treated cultivars. The highest reduction in mentioned factors was observed in Ghare-Medicago (43%, 24% and 55%, respectively) and Hamedani (57%, 23% and 53%, respectively), while the lowest reduction was observed in Yazdi, by about 28%, 9% and 17%, respectively. Data showed that PEG treatment reduced seedling dry mass only in Ghare-Medicago and Hamedani cultivars by about 16% in both cultivars. PEG treatment significantly decreased the chlorophyll a, b and total, anthocyanins, phenols and α-tocopherol contents of six Medicago cultivars. The results of greenhouse experiments showed that PEG treatments resulted in a significant reduction in fresh weigh, dry weight and water content of all studied cultivars. In conclusion, the findings of both petri dish and greenhouse experiments suggested that Ghare-Medicago and Hamedani cultivars can be considered as drought sensitive cultivars while Yazdi is a drought tolerant cultivar. It should be noticed that Bami and Baghdadi cultivars were also relatively drought tolerant. Also, our study on paclobutrazol (PBZ) treatment showed that PBZ effectively decreased the negative effect of drought stress on growth of all cultivars of Medicago.

    94-1393 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی شهرستان زهک اجرا شد. این آزمایش به صورت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح پایه بلوک کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. کرت اصلی شامل دو سطح آبیاری کامل (شاهد) و تنش خشکی (قطع آب در فاز زایشی) و کرت فرعی شامل ارقام سویا PE، HT، V292، سحر، M7، DPX کتول، M9، ویلیامز بود. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تنش خشکی بر کلیه صفات مورد آزمایش از جمله ارتفاع بوته، طول غلاف، تعداد غلاف در بوته، دمای کانوپی، وزن هزار دانه، عملکرد کوانتومی و عملکرد دانه معنی دار شد و روی تعداد دانه در غلاف و شاخص برداشت تاثیر معنی داری نداشت. . تیمار رقم نیز به طور معنی داری بر کلیه صفات کمی و کیفی در گیاه سویا تاثیرگذار بود، به طوری که بیشترین عملکرد دانه از رقم PE بدست آمد در حالی که تاثیر آن روی صفات فنولوژیکی، طول غلاف و دمای کانوپی معنی دار نبود. بر همکنش تنش خشکی و رقم بر صفات ارتفاع بوته، تعداد غلاف در بوته، عملکرد کوآنتومی و عملکرد دانه معنی دار و بر بقیه ویژگی های مورد بررسی معنی دار نشد. بیشترین عملکرد دانه از تیمار آبیاری کامل (شاهد) ، و رقم PE مشاهده گردید.

    This study aimed to check the effect of drought stress on yield and quality of eight cultivars of soybean in the Natural Resources and Agriculture Research Farm of Zehak during the crop year 2013-2014. The study was conducted based on a split plot randomized complete bock design with tree iterations. The main plot involved two irrigation levels (control) and drought (water stress in reproductive phase) and the subplots included soybean cultivars PE, HT, V292, Sahar, M7, DPX Katool, M9, and Williams. The results showed that the effect of drought stress on all traits including plant height, pod length, number of pods per plant, canopy temperature, grain weight, quantum yield, and grain yield were significant. On the other hand, the number of seeds per pod and harvest index were not significantly affected by draught stress. The effect of cultivar was also significant on all qualitative and quantitative traits so that the highest grain yield was obtained from PE while its impact on phonological traits, pod length, and canopy temperature was not significant. The interaction of draught stress on plant height, number of pods per plant, quantum yield, seed yield, and the rest of the properties under study was not significant. The highest grain yield was observed in full irrigation (control) and PE cultivar.

    به منظور بررسی اثر تاریخ کاشت بر عملکرد و برخی شاخص های فیزیولوژیک شش رقم ذرت علوفه ای در منطقه رشت، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1389 به اجرا گذاشته شد. تیمار های آزمایشی، چهار تاریخ کاشت شامل 1، 13 و 25 خردا دو 4 تیر و شش رقم ذرت شامل زود رس (سینگل کراس 260 و دابل کراس 370)، میان رس (سینگل کراس های 500 و 647) و دیر رس (سینگل کراس های 700 و 704) بودند. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان دهنده اثر معنی دار تاریخ کاشت و رقم بر عملکرد علوفه خشک و تر ذرت علوفه ای معنی دار بود. تاریخ کاشت اول خرداد ماه و رقم سینگل کراس 700 از لحاظ عملکرد علوفه خشک و تر (به ترتیب 6/28220 و 87017 کیلوگرم در هکتار نسبت به سایر تاریخ های کاشت و ارقام مورد آزمایش برتری داشت. بیشینه شاخص سطح برگ و سرعت رشد محصول از رقم 700 و تاریخ کاشت 13 خرداد ماه به دست آمد. با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش تاریخ کاشت 13 خردادماه و رقم 700 با داشتن شاخص های رشد مناسب تر باعث افزایش توسعه سطح برگ، افزایش فعالیت فتوسنتز پوشش گیاهی، تولید ماده خشک و در نهایت عملکرد بالاتر شد، در شرایط آب و هوایی شهرستان رشت پیشنهاد می شود.

    To investigate the effects of sowing date on yield and some physiological index of six forage maize cultivars in Rasht region, a field study was conducted in 2010. The experimental design was randomized complete blocks with factorial arrangement with three replications. Treatment consisted of four levels of sowing date (22 May, 3, 15 and 25 June), and six maize cultivars (SC 260, DC 370, SC 500, SC 647, SC 700 and SC 704). Results showed that sowing date and cultivar had significant effects on forage yield (dry and fresh) traits. The sowing date 3 June and cultivar SC 700 from a point forage yield (dry 28220.6 kg ha-1 and fresh weight 87017 kg ha-1) were better than other cultivars and sowing dates. The maximum LAI and CGR obtain from sowing date 3 June and cultivar SC 700. Based on the results obtained from this study sowing date 3 June and cultivar SC 700 with more suitable growth indexes is the reasons of increasing in leaf area development, plant photosynthesis activity, dry matter yield and finally more yield, was suggested in Rasht reign conditions.

    در این تحقیق، نمونه برداری از برگ، گل، پوست میوه (در زمان رسیدگی) و مغز دانه با همکاری مرکز تحقیقات پسته از دو پایه اهلی و موتیکا و سه رقم احمد آقایی، اوحدی، کله قوچی انجام شد و نمونه ها از نظر فعالیت آنزیم PAL، ترکیبات فنلی، فلاونوئیدی و آنتوسیانین ها برای تعیین شاخص ترین پایه و رقم بررسی شدند. افزایش فعالیت آنزیم PAL، ترکیبات فنلی و فلاونوئیدها و همچنین، همبستگی مثبت بین فعالیت آنزیم و ترکیبات موجود در برگ ها و گل های پایه موتیکا-احمد آقایی، اثر متقابل این پایه و رقم و مقاومت بیشتر را نسبت به پایه و رقم های دیگر، در تنش های محیطی نشان داد. فعالیت آنزیم PAL و محتوای کل فنلی با رسیدگی میوه در نمونه ها کاهش یافت، اما سطح بالای ترکیبات فنلی و فلاونوئیدی در پوست میوه پسته پتانسیل حفاظتی پوست را در برابر اشعه ماوراءبنفش و آفات نشان می دهد که در پایه موتیکا-احمد آقایی بیشترین مقدار آن مشاهده شد. وجود ترکیبات فنلی در مغز دانه به فعالیت PAL بستگی دارد. نتایج، وجود برخی ترکیبات فعال زیستی را در مغز پسته نشان می دهد که بیشترین مقدار متعلق به پایه موتیکا-احمد آقایی است. به نظر می رسد نوع پایه در محتوای ترکیبات آنتی اکسیدانی در مغز پسته موثر است.

    This study was carried out to assess and compare three pistachio cultivars (Ahmadaghaii, Ohadi and Kallehghuchi) on two rootstock (Mutica, Ahli) in relation to PAL activity, phenolic, flavonoid and anthocyanin in leaves, flowers, fruits and selection of the most suitable and compatible rootstock and scion in order to obtain resistance to environmental stresses. The results showed increased PAL activity, total phenolic and flavonids and also positive correlation was observed between PAL activity and the existing compounds on leaves and flowers in Mutica-Ahmadaghaii, that showed a better resistence this than the others in environmental stresses. PAL activity and total phenolic in fruits of pistachio suffered a decreased when the maturation processes began. The hulls of the pistachio fruits, contained high level of phenolic compounds, (especially in Mutica-Ahmadaghaii) which may function as a protective layer and protective chemical against ultraviolet radiation and pathogen. The final concentration of phenolic compounds and flavonoids and antocyanins in the kernel, depended on the PAL activity in kernel’s cultivar. Our results indicated the presence of a number of bioactive compounds in kernel and the highest amount belonged to Mutica-Ahmadaghai. The results of this study showed that rootstock may affect the antioxidant compound in kernel in pistachio tree.
