    امروزه دانش به عنوان پایه اصلی رقابت در اقتصادهای پیشرفته مطرح و مدیریت دانش جهت حفظ رقابت پذیری به امری ضروری تبدیل شده است، به طوری که نقش موثری در توسعه و بهبود کارایی و بهره وری سازمان ها دارد و استفاده از مدیریت دانش کارآمد هر سازمانی را قادر به تولید محصولات و ارائه خدمات بهتری خواهد ساخت. این تحقیق باهدف بررسی تاثیر مولفه های مدیریت دانش بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی انجام شده است. روش تحقیق ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش و اجرا، توصیفی، همبستگی و ازلحاظ روش جمع آوری داده ها و اطلاعات از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان شرکت های فعال در شهرک صنعتی منطقه آزاد بندر انزلی است. نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی و به تعداد 207 نفر انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه های استاندارد است که پس از اعتبارسنجی، بین گروه نمونه توزیع گردید. تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها با روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS صورت گرفت. یافته های مطالعه نشان دهنده تاثیر متغیرهای مورد مطالعه بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی است. بر اساس یافته های این تحقیق می توان این طور نتیجه گرفت که بهره برداری موثر و کارآمد از مدیریت دانش، گامی موثر در جهت بهره وری نیروی انسانی به شمار می آید.

    The emergence of the knowledge-based economy and the socio-economic transformations of societies have pushed knowledge as an essential tool for wealth and prosperity. Today, knowledge is considered as the main basis of competition in advanced economies, and knowledge management has become essential to maintain competitiveness, so that it plays an effective role in developing and improving the efficiency and productivity of organizations. The use of efficient knowledge management will enable any organization to produce/provide better products and services. Despite the fact that there is a relationship between knowledge management practices with human resources and organizational performance, there is still little consensus about which knowledge management practices should form human resource management practices related to organizational performance. This research is conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of knowledge management components on human resource productivity. The research method is practical in terms of purpose, is descriptive correlational in terms of implementation method, and is survey type in terms of data collection method. The statistical population includes all employees of companies operating in the industrial town of Bandar Anzali Free Zone. Sampling was done randomly with 207 people. The data collection tool is standard questionnaires, which were distributed among the sample group after validation. Data analysis was done by structural equation method and using Smart PLS software. The findings of the study show the impact of the studied variables on the productivity of human resources. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that the effective and efficient use of knowledge management is an effective step towards the productivity of human resources.

    این تحقیق بر ارتقاء بهره وری در صنعت لوازم خانگی از طریق رویکرد کایزن تمرکز دارد. سازمانهای مختلف به ‏منظور پاسخ به چالشهای رقابتی امروزه در پی پیاده سازی تولید ناب میباشند کاربرد تکنیکهای ناب در صنایع ‏تولیدی و حتی خدماتی در نوشته ها و مقالات دیده میشود. تولید ناب از دیدگاه کارکردی و عملیاتی شامل پیاده ‏سازی مجموعه ای از ابزارها و تکنیکهاست که درصدد کاهش ضایعات در شرکت و زنجیره ارزش می گردد.‏مسئله اصلی شامل شناسایی و کاهش اتلافات و موداهای مرتبط با فرآیند ها در سیستم تولید می باشد. پرسش های ‏اصلی در این تحقیق بر تعریف و اقدامات اصلاحی جهت بهبود بهره وری و تحقق هدف های کایزن در حذف و یا ‏کاهش اتلاف هایی همچون تولید اضافی، حمل و نقل و... تمرکز دارد. از روش های گوناگونی چون بررسی مطالعات ‏موردی و تحلیل های میدانی همچنین ترسیم نقشه جریان ارزش برای شناسایی موداها و اجرای اقدامات اصلاحی ‏استفاده می شود.

    Productivity improvement through kaizen approach in home ‎appliance industry

    This research focuses on improving productivity in the home appliance industry through ‎the Kaizen approach. In order to respond to competitive challenges, various ‎organizations are pursuing the implementation of lean production today. The use of lean ‎techniques in manufacturing and even service industries can be seen in writings and ‎articles. From a functional and operational point of view, lean production includes the ‎implementation of a set of tools and techniques that try to reduce waste in the company ‎and the value chain.‎The main issue includes identifying and reducing waste and mods related to processes in ‎the production system. The main questions in this research focus on the definition and ‎corrective measures to improve productivity and achieve the goals of kaizen in ‎eliminating or reducing waste such as excess production, transportation, etc. Various ‎methods such as case studies and field analyze are used as well as value flow mapping ‎to identify trends and implement corrective measures. ‎

    هدف
    ارزیابی عملکرد و بهره وری و روند تغییرات آن در طی زمان امری اساسی در فرآیند بهبود در سازمان ها، واحدهای تولیدی، صنعتی و خدماتی محسوب می شود. در خصوص محاسبه بهره وری و نیز تغییرات بهره وری در طی زمان، مدل ها، روش ها، رویکردها و نیز شاخص های متفاوتی ارایه شده است که یکی از مهم ترین، رایج ترین و نیز پرکاربردترین آن ها شاخص بهره وری مالمکوئیست می باشد. از طرفی در طی فرآیندهای تولیدی، محصولات و خروجی های نامطلوب به همراه محصولات مطلوب به صورت هم زمان حاصل می شوند. لذا شاخصی به نام مالمکوئیست لوئنبرگر با توسعه شاخص بهره وری مالمکوئیست، ارایه گردید که با در نظر گرفتن خروجی های نامطلوب درعین حال که به دنبال کاهش آن ها بوده، هم زمان بسط خروجی های مطلوب را نیز مورد مقصود خود قرار داد. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و تحلیل ساختارمند و سیستماتیک مقالات و پژوهش هایی که در موضوع محاسبه تغییرات بهره وری در واحدهای دارای خروجی نامطلوب با استفاده از شاخص بهره وری مالمکوئیست و خصوصا شاخص بهره وری مالمکوئیست لوئنبرگر تلاشی علمی نموده اند، تدوین شده است.روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش مبتنی بر روش شناسی PRISMA با هدف بررسی و تحلیل ساختارمند پژوهش هایی که در حوزه محاسبه تغییرات بهره وری در واحدهای دارای خروجی نامطلوب با استفاده از شاخص بهره وری مالمکوئیست/مالمکوئیست لوئنبرگر تلاشی علمی و تحقیقاتی نموده اند، تدوین شده است. این پژوهش از نوع مروری بوده که از طریق جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی چون اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، Scopus، Science Direct، Eisevier، Google Scholar در بازه سال های 1980 الی 2022 میلادی با رویکرد انتخاب مهم ترین، معتبرترین و برجسته ترین مقالات و تحقیقات علمی و کاربردی داخلی و خارجی، انجام شده است.
    یافته ها
    مقاله حاضر از حیث کمیت و کیفیت مقالات، در نوع خود بی سابقه و منحصربه فرد به نظر می رسد، چرا که با توجه به گستردگی و تنوع مقالات و پژوهش های منتشرشده، جای خالی پژوهش ساختارمند کنونی در میان تلاش های منتشرشده کاملا محسوس بوده و پژوهشگران با استفاده از این مقاله از یک سو می توانند آخرین اقدامات و تلاش های پژوهشی صورت گرفته در حوزه مورداشاره را به صورت کاملا دسته بندی شده و ساختارمند موردمطالعه قرار داده و از سویی دیگر، شکاف های علمی موجود و نیز پیشنهاد های آتی در خصوص ارزیابی بهره وری با استفاده از شاخص بهره وری مالمکوئیست/مالمکوئیست لوئنبرگر را که حاصل تلاش و بررسی های علمی نویسندگان مقاله حاضر است، مشاهده نمایند. لذا این پژوهش در قالب یک مقاله مروری و تحلیلی ساختارمند به نوعی نقشه راهی برای پژوهشگران علاقه مند به حوزه بهره وری نیز به شمار می رود.اصالت/ارزش افزوده علمی: با توجه به اینکه مقاله حاضر مروری ساختارمند بر پژوهش های موجود می باشد، خروجی حاصل از پژوهش جاری، نقشه راه پژوهشگران و محققین در حوزه محاسبه تغییرات بهره وری با استفاده از شاخص بهره وری مالمکوئیست/مالمکوئیست لوئنبرگر در راستای شناخت مساله، چالش ها و مشکلات جاری تحقیقات فعلی و نیز پیشنهاد های آتی علمی می باشد.

    Purpose
    Evaluation of performance and productivity and the process of its changes over time is considered essential in the process of improvement in organizations, production, industrial and service units. Regarding the calculation of productivity and changes in productivity over time, different models, methods, approaches, and indices have been presented; one of the most important, common and widely used is the Malmquist productivity index. On the other hand, during production processes, undesirable products and outputs are obtained simultaneously with desirable products. Therefore, an index called Malmquist Luenberger was presented with the development of Malmquist's productivity index, which took into account the undesirable outputs while seeking to reduce them and, at the same time, aimed at expanding the desirable outputs. Therefore, the current research has been compiled with the aim of a structured and systematic review and analysis of articles and research that have made a scientific effort on the subject of calculating productivity changes in units with undesirable output using the Malmquist productivity index and especially the Malmquist Luenberger productivity index.
    Methodology
    This research is based on PRISMA methodology with the aim of structured analysis of studies that have made a scientific effort in the field of calculating productivity changes in units with undesirable output using the Malmquist/Malmquist Luenberger productivity index. This research is a review type that was conducted through searching in domestic and foreign databases such as academic information, Scopus, Science Direct, Elsevier, and Google Scholar in the period from 1980 to 2022 with the approach of selecting the most important, valid, and prominent domestic and foreign scientific and applied articles and researches.
    Findings
    In terms of the quantity and quality of the articles, the present article seems to be unprecedented and unique because, due to the breadth and diversity of published articles and research, the void of the current structured research among the published efforts is quite noticeable, and by using this article, on the one hand, researchers can study the latest actions and research efforts in the mentioned field in a completely categorized and structured manner, and on the other hand, the existing scientific gaps and future proposals regarding the evaluation of benefits. See the productivity using the Malmquist/Malmquist Luenberger productivity index, which is the result of the scientific investigations of the authors of this article. Therefore, this research, in the form of a structured review and analysis article, is considered a kind of road map for researchers interested in the field of productivity.Originality/Value: Considering that this article is a structured review of existing research, the output of the current research is a roadmap for researchers and researchers in the field of calculating productivity changes using the Malmquist/Malmquist Luenberger index in order to understand the current problems, challenges and problems of current research as well as future scientific proposals.

    The purpose of this study is to determine how the Bangladeshi garment industry's sewing defect reduction and productivity enhancement are affected by the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) techniques. One of the main reasons for production delays and increased costs is sewing defects. By reducing defects, improving  Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and methodically using integrated PDCA concepts, the study aims to streamline and expand the production flowline while increasing throughput. To continuously evaluate and improve the sewing process, the 5S method is also employed. Tools like cause-effect diagrams and Pareto charts were used to identify the defect correctly. The OEE was used to evaluate the actual efficiency. The integration of 5S and PDCA as a lean methodology was utilized to minimize the defect rate and maximize quality to improve efficiency. For this purpose, data was collected from some renowned factories in Bangladesh. This mixed-integrated methodology is used in the study to integrate quantitative defect analysis with worker satisfaction along with efficiency surveys. The findings should offer valuable insights to the RMG industry in Bangladesh, as producers seek sustainable methods to increase productivity and enhance product quality while mitigating the impact of sewing errors on their production procedures. OEE was increased by almost 3-4% through this research.

    امروزه صنایع تولیدی تحت فشارهای شدید ناشی از افزایش هزینه های انرژی، مواد خام، نیروی انسانی، سرمایه و رقابت جهانی قرار دارد درحالی که این روندها برای درازمدت حفظ خواهد شد، مشکلات پیش روی تولید روزبه روز عمیق تر می شود. یکی از مسایل استراتژیک در صنعت تولید طراحی چیدمان است که کارآیی بلندمدت عملیات را تعیین می کند. طراحی چیدمان ماشین آلات به معنای چگونگی قرار گرفتن تسهیلات در یک محیط کاری برای تولید محصولات (یا ارایه خدمات) متشکل از انواع ماشین آلات و تجهیزات برای بهره وری و کارآمدی هر چه بیشتر سازمان ها به طورجدی موردتوجه قرار دارد. در نظر گرفتن چیدمان چند سطری، پیکربندی انعطاف پذیر سلول ها، محاسبه هزینه جابجایی ماشین آلات و محاسبه هزینه جابجایی قطعات برحسب فاصله ماشین ها از یکدیگر ازجمله مواردی است که باعث تمایز این مدل نسبت به سایر مدل ها می شود. با توجه به این مسیله در این پژوهش یک مدل برنامه ریزی ریاضی چندهدفه برای مسیله چیدمان تسهیلات پویا و بهینه سازی سیستم تولید ارایه شدند که بر اساس روش حل دقیق ارزیابی شد و سپس با استفاده از الگوریتم حل دقیق، اعتبار سنجی شد.

    Today, manufacturing industries are under severe pressure due to the increase in the cost of energy, raw materials, manpower, capital and global competition, while these trends will be maintained for a long time, the problems facing production are getting deeper day by day.Become One of the strategic issues in the production industry is layout design, which determines the long-term efficiency of operations. Layout design means how to arrange facilities in a working environment for producing products (or providing services) consisting of various types of machines and equipment for the productivity and efficiency of more and more organizations. It is worth noting. Considering multi-line arrangement, flexible configuration of cells, calculating the cost of moving machines and calculating the cost of moving parts according to the distance of the machines from each other are among the things that differentiate this model from other models. It becomes According to this problem, in this research, a model of multi-objective mathematical planning for the problem of dynamic facility layout was presented, which was evaluated according to the considered objectives based on the exact solution method and then validated using the exact solution algorithm. According to the results obtained from solving the model, we can understand the importance of using the model so that the configuration of the cells and the allocation of parts to the cells and the arrangement of the machines in the cells with the aim of reducing the costs caused by The types of movement of parts, the costs of operating on machines and the costs of moving, buying and maintaining machines in the system, lead to an increase in the overall efficiency of the system and create a balance in the system. One of the advantages of this model is that by bringing the machines closer to each other, it tries to prevent extra movements inside the cells as much as possible, which increases cell productivity.     Thousands of people had significant health problems as the COVID-19 virus swept over the country which is increasing the fatality rate. The only way to stop the epidemic from spreading was for affected countries to halt all civil and eco-nomic operations for an extended period. As a result, some governments have imposed a global lockdown, which is still in effect. In this scenario, all business activity in all industries is halted. For numerous industries, the shutdown has a variety of ramifications. The aviation, hospitality, restaurant, and manufacturing industries, for example, have all shut down and will take years to recover. To tackle the current scenario, businesses are attempting to manage offices and administrative jobs using the "Work from Home" (WFH) paradigm. Businesses are attempting to withstand the storm. Furthermore, the factors that affects the productivity of work from home had been identified. Productivity has been largely determined by occupant self-reports. These are more subjective in nature and more prone to bias than satisfaction ratings, as respondents are asked to make an estimate based on their own emotions

    Although the importance of supply chain agility considering the necessity of speed of action, ‎response to customers, progressive changes in the market, consumers’ needs, etc. in many ‎industries is clear both scientifically and experimentally, today organizations have found that the ‎benefit from this cooperation is greater than cases performed without collaboration with relevant ‎organizations. Meanwhile, supply chain management refers to integration of all processes and ‎activities in the supply chain through improving the relations and implementing the organizational ‎processes in order to achieve competitive advantages. On the other hand, uncertainty in the ‎supply chain results in non-optimality of decisions that are made with assumption of certainty. ‎Accordingly, the main aim of this research is to provide a model for supply chain in an agile and ‎flexible state based on uncertainty variables. The method of research has been based on a ‎mathematical model, whose stages of implementation are investigated by breaking down this ‎model step-by-step. For this purpose, in the first stage and after getting familiar with the ‎intended modeling industry, solution and simulation were done. Eventually the results were ‎compared indicating that through reducing the risk-taking (increasing the protection levels), the ‎objective function which was of minimization type worsened. This study also showed that model ‎robustification is very important in order to reduce the risk of decision-making.

    در این پژوهش، یک رویکرد ترکیبی برپایه منطق فازی و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی برای پیش بینی خرابی ماشین آلات در راستای افزایش بهره وری ارایه می شود. مورد مطالعه این پژوهش یکی از کارخانجات صنعت خودروسازی با نام دیاکو ایده آریا بوده که در حوزه تولید قطعات خودرو فعالیت می کند. برای مدل سازی شبکه فازی-عصبی پرسپترون چند لایه(MLP)، نخست تعداد 100 خرابی و توقف در بازه زمانی 15 ماه جمع آوری شده و سپس در نرم افزار MATLAB وارد شده است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد پیاده سازی شبکه فازی-عصبی و پیش بینی زمان خرابی ماشین آلات سبب کاهش مدت زمان و هزینه تعمیرات شده است. بنابراین مدت زمان کاری و دسترس پذیری ماشین آلات افزایش یافته و در نهایت سبب افزایش میزان بهره وری به میزان 57 درصد می شود، همچنین، میزان دقت مدل فازی- عصبی توسعه داده شده 94 درصد برآورد شده است.

    In this research, a hybrid approach based on fuzzy logic and artificial neural network is presented to predict the failure of machines in order to increase productivity. The subject of this research is one of the factories of the automobile industry named Diaco Ide Aria, which operates in the field of automobile parts production. Preventive maintenance requires correct prediction of breakdowns and accidents, equipment and machines so that productivity can be increased by timely and correct maintenance of machines as well as fixing defects and breakdowns. To model the multi-layer perceptron fuzzy-neural network (MLP), first, 100 failures and stops were collected in a period of 15 months and then entered into MATLAB software. The obtained results show that the implementation of fuzzy-neural network and the prediction of machine failure time has reduced the duration and cost of repairs. Therefore, the working time and accessibility of the machines increased and ultimately increased the productivity by 57%, also, the accuracy of the developed neural-fuzzy model was estimated at 94%.

This paper presents a fundamental understanding of 5S technique and review of some important past work on implementation of 5S in various organizational setups. It is worth mentioning that safety has been identified as to be included as the 6thS under this technique. The main aim of this paper is to facilitate scholars, researchers, and engineers of industrial engineering field by providing knowledge and develop understanding of 5S technique so that they may further implement it in various scenarios of the workplace organization.

    Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a very powerful indicator for the performance evaluation of a manufacturing organization. However, determining the OEE target remains subjective and it’s usually based on the decision of concerned managers. In this paper, we tested the OEE target determination model based on the measured OEE. Such a method is based on the fuzzy logic principle and on two other decision-making support methods. To do this, we began with a literature review on OEE and its constituents. Then, a detailed description of the research methodology and the proposed model is provided. Thus, a case study in a manufacturing agri-food organization was conducted to test the proposed model and validate the obtained results.

    بهره وری به عنوان یک فلسفه و یک دیدگاه مبتنی بر استراتژی بهبود، مهمترین هدف سازمان را تشکیل  می دهد که می تواند همچون زنجیری، فعالیت های کلیه آحاد جامعه را در برگیرد. بهبود بهره وری یک تفکر و جهان بینی است مبتنی بر بالا بردن توان آفرینش و قدرت خلق و میزان استعداد تطبیق و تلفیق جامعه و سازمانها با تحولات جهان. فلسفه بهبود بهره وری در سازمانها موجب می شود منابع انسانی بهتر بتواند فکر کنند، بیندیشند، بیافریند، نوآوری کنند و نگرش سیستماتیک پیدا کنند. تفکری که هدف گیری آن به جای حال و گذشته، خلق و ساختن آینده است. هدف این تحقیق ارایه مقیاسی جامع جهت تحلیل و بررسی سنجش زیرساخت های لازم جهت ارتقاء و بهبود بهره وری نیروی انسانی در سازمان ملی استاندارد ایران  است. مطالعه حاضر یک تحقیق کاربردی است که براساس مدل بهره وری نیروی انسانی کاندوس و دبرا صورت گرفته است. این تحقیق از نظر ماهیت و روش یک تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی است که برای گردآوری داده ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. برای بررسی روایی مقیاس از روش روایی محتوا، روایی سازه و روایی همگرا استفاده شده است. برای بررسی پایایی نیز آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب محاسبه شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری LISREL و SPSS صورت گرفته است.  داده های آماری نیز از سازمان ملی استاندارد ایران گردآوری شده است.که با استفاده از دیدگاه تخصصی مدیران، اساتید و کارشناسان ،و جامعه آماری مورد نظر ، شاخص های موثر بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان داده است شاخص های  سبک مدیریت، عوامل شغلی، ویژگی سازمانی ،عوامل رفاهی کار و ویژگی های فردی کارکنان مهمترین شاخص های تاثیر گذار بر  بهره وری نیروی انسانی در سازمان می باشد. بعد از تایید پرسشنامه ها و صحت گویه های شناسایی شده ، به بررسی وضعیت هر یک از گویه ها با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن پرداخته شده است  که باتوجه به نتایج حاصل از این آزمون مشخص گردید هریک از شاخص های سنجش بهره وری نیروی انسانی در سازمان ملی استاندارد ایران به نسبت سایر شاخص ها دارای چه اهمیتی هستند .

    Productivity as a philosophy and an outlook based on the strategy of recovery is the main goal of the organization that can embody the activities of all sectors of society as a chain.  Improving the productivity of thinking and worldview is based on enhancing creativity and creativity and the ability to adapt and integrate society and organizations with the developments in the world.  The philosophy of improving productivity in organizations makes human resources better able to think, think, create, innovate, and systematic attitudes.  Thinking that its aim is to create and build the future instead of now and in the past.  The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive scale for analyzing and evaluating the infrastructure needed to improve and improve the productivity of human resources in the National Iranian Standard Organization.  The present study is a applied research based on the productivity model of the manpower of Condos and Debra.  This research is based on the nature and method of a descriptive-survey study that has been used to collect data using a questionnaire tool.  Content validity, construct validity and convergent validity have been used to assess the validity of the scale.  Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability have been calculated for reliability testing.  Data analysis was performed using SPSS and LISREL statistical software.   Statistical data were collected from the National Iranian Standards Organization. Using expert opinion of managers, professors and experts, and the statistical population, effective indicators on human resource productivity have been studied.  The results show that the indicators of management style, job factors, organizational characteristics, welfare factors of work and individual characteristics of employees are the most important indicators that affect the productivity of human resources in the organization.  After verification of the questionnaires and verified items, the status of each of the items was studied using Friedman test. According to the results of this test, each of the indicators of human resource productivity assessment in the National Iranian Standard Organization  What is the relative importance of other indicators?

    So far, numerous studies have been developed to evaluate the performance of “Decision-Making Units (DMUs)” through “Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)” and “Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA)” models in different places, but most of these studies have measured the performance of DMUs by efficiency criteria. The productivity is considered as a key factor in the success and development of DMUs and its evaluation is more comprehensive than efficiency evaluation. Recently, studies have been developed to evaluate the productivity of DMUs through the mentioned models but firstly, the number of these studies especially in NDEA models is scarce, and secondly, productivity in these studies is often evaluated through the “productivity indexes”. These indexes require at least two time periods and also the two important elements of efficiency and effectiveness in these studies are not significantly evident. So, the purpose of this study is to develop a new approach in the NDEA models using “Multi-Objective Programming (MOP)” method in order to measure productivity of DMUs through efficiency and effectiveness “simultaneously, in one stage, in a period, and interdependently”. “Simultaneous and single-stage” study provides the advantage of sensitivity analysis in the model. One case study demonstrates application of the proposed approach in the branches of a Bank. Using proposed approach revealed that it is possible for a branch to be efficient by considering its subdivisions separately but not be efficient by considering the conjunction between its subdivisions. In addition, a branch may be efficient by considering the conjunction between its subdivisions but not be productive. Efficient branches are not necessarily productive, but productive branches are also efficient.

    امروزه پیشرفت در زمینه بهره وری و افزایش عملکرد در تمامی کشورهای جهان یک مسئله مهم پیش روی هر سازمان هست. تلاش برای بهبود عملکرد و بهره وری، تلاش برای زندگی بهتر افراد جامعه است، از این رو جهان به دو دسته کشورهای تند و کند از نظر پیشرفت در مدیریت بهره وری تقسیم می شود. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی نقش سیستم های مدیریت اطلاعات با پنج بعد در بهره وری شرکت های حوزه صنعت برق است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه ی مدیران و کارشناسانی است که در شرکت برق به نحوی با سیستم های مدیریت اطلاعات در ارتباط هستند. بنابراین پرسشنامه های بهره وری و سیستم های مدیریت اطلاعات میان 40 نفر از آنها توزیع گردید و پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه ها برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های گردآوری شده وارد نرم افزار SPSS گردید و تحلیل یافته ها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که هر چه از سیستم های مدیریت اطلاعات استفاده شود بهره وری نیز افزایش می یابد و این ارتباط از طریق ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بود. همچنین از میان ابعاد سیستم های مدیریت اطلاعات به ترتیب افزایش صحت و اعتبار در تبادل اطلاعات، افزایش سرعت پردازش و کنترل، افزایش سرعت ذخیره و بازیابی اطلاعات، کاهش هزینه های سازمانی، حفظ امنیت اطلاعات و داده ها سهم معناداری در پیش بینی بهره وری کارکنان شرکت برق داشته اند. در کل نتایج این پژوهش نشان دهنده اهمیت توجه به سیستم های مدیریت اطلاعات در افزایش بهره وری است.

    Today, productivity and performance enhancement in all countries of the world is an important issue facing any organization. Striving to improve performance and productivity is an effort to improve the lives of people in the community, so the world is divided into two fast-paced countries in terms of progress in productivity management. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of five-dimensional information management systems on the efficiency of companies in the field of electricity industry. Statistical population includes all managers and experts in electricity company somehow related to information management systems. Therefore, productivity questionnaires and information management systems were distributed among 4-4 ​​persons. After completing the questionnaires, the data were analyzed by SPSS software and the results were analyzed at both descriptive and inferential levels. The results showed that the more productivity of information management systems was used, the higher the correlation through Pearson correlation coefficient. Also among the dimensions of information management systems respectively increase the accuracy of data exchange, increase the speed of processing and control, increase the speed of storage and retrieval of information, reduce organizational costs, maintain information and data security a significant contribution in predicting employee productivity. They had electricity companies. Overall, the results of this study indicate the importance of attention to information management systems in increasing productivity.

    This paper examines the petrochemical companies listed on the stock from the perspective of health indicators. Petrochemical companies are working to create health platforms to prevent accidents and reduce health costs. In this study, using two-stage data envelopment analysis technique, the efficiency and effectiveness of petrochemical companies, were investigated from a health point of view and was done by using health indicators. In this research, five inputs are used for two intermediate production and finally for the last three outputs of petrochemical companies from the aspect of human health.The results show that Maroon and Jam petrochemical companies have been more efficient than other well-known companies and the Shazand Petrochemical Company in the second part of achieving the final result.Of the seven petrochemical companies in total, none have had full productivity, but Maroon and Jam Petrochemicals have been targeted first and second in productivity, respectively.

    The typical problems facing garment manufacturers are long production lead time, bottlenecking, and low productivity. The most critical phase of garment manufacturing is the sewing phase, as it generally involves a number of operations or for the simple reason that it’s labor intensive. In assembly line balancing, allocation of jobs to machines is based on the objective of minimizing the workflow among the operators, reducing the throughput time as well as the work in progress and thus increasing the productivity. Sharing a job of work between several people is called division of labor. Division of labor should be balanced equally by ensuring the time spent at each station approximately the same. Each individual step in the assembly of product has to be analyzed carefully, and allocated to stations in a balanced way over the available workstations. Each operator then carries out operations properly and the work flow is synchronized. In a detailed work flow, synchronized line includes short distances between stations, low volume of work in process, precise of planning of production times, and predictable production quantity. This study deals with modeling of assembly line balancing by combining both manual line balancing techniques with computer simulation to find the optimal solution in the sewing line of Almeda textile plc so as to improve productivity. In this research arena software, is employed to model and measure the performance of the existing and proposed sewing line of the federal police trousers sewing line model. For each operation, the researchers have taken 15 sampling observations using stopwatch and recorded the result. All the collected data are statistically analyzed with arena input analyzer for statistical significance and determination of expressions to be used to the simulation modeling; SAM is also calculated for these operations to be used to the manual line balancing. An existing systems simulation model is developed and run for 160 replications by the researchers to measure the current performance of the system in terms of resource utilization, WIP, and waiting time. The existing systems average utilization is 0.53 with a line efficiency of 42%. This study has developed a new Sewing assembly line model which has increased the system utilization to 0.69 at a line efficiency of 58.42% without incurring additional cost.

    امروزه انتقال سریع و کم هزینه فرآورده های خونی با توجه به اهمیت کمک های اورژانسی وامدادی و همین طور پیشرفت درروش های درمان در علم پزشکی اهمیت فراوانی یافته است با توجه به اینکه خون هیچ جانشینی ندارد و انسان ها خود به عنوان منبع تولید آن به شمار می آیند ازاین رو مشخص شدن محل استقرار بهینه مراکز دریافت و نگهداری و انتقال خون و فواصل آن ها از نقاط تقاضا به جهت بالا بردن سطح سرویس دهی از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است لذا با توجه به اهمیت موضوع در این تحقیق به مدل سازی یک زنجیره تامین فرآورده های خونی با دو هدف معین یعنی کاستن از هزینه های حمل ونقل و زمان سرویس دهی در زنجیره با در نظر گرفتن مراکز مختلف انتقال خون محلی و منطقه ای و انتخاب محل بهینه استقرار مراکز سیار خون شده است همین طور با در نظر گرفتن مراکز تقاضا شامل بیمارستان ها و نقاط پرحادثه طراحی شبکه مناسبی از زنجیره تامین جهت سرویس دهی در نزدیکی این نقاط در جهت بهینه سازی اهداف تعیین شده انجام گرفته و نهایتا مدل طراحی شده در مقاله را جهت اطمینان از کارکرد مطلوب با اطلاعات استخراج شده از محل استقرار مراکز و واحدهای دریافت و انتقال خون در شهر زنجان آزمون نموده و نتایج حل مدل را که از روش الگوریتم فرا ابتکاری به دست آمده مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرارگرفته است.

    Nowadays, the transfer of blood products to emergency and relief services has become increasingly important, given that blood has no substitute and that humans themselves are the source of its production, as well as advances in medical science that have led to surgical and therapeutic approaches. A new one has made the need to supply blood products less expensive and time-consuming in the modern age, hence the location of blood collection and storage centers and their distances from demand points to raise the level of service. Given the importance of the topic in this research to modeling a chain, it is abundant The purpose of blood products has been to meet two specific goals, namely to reduce costs and service time of the chain by considering different local and regional blood transfusion centers and selecting the optimal location of mobile blood centers, as well as by considering hospital demand centers and Accidental points have been tried to create a suitable network of supply chains near these points. Finally, the model is implemented as a case study with information obtained from the location of units in Zanjan city and is analyzed through meta-heuristic algorithm and results obtained have been analyzed.

    Cycle time is one of the viable parameters which needs to be optimised as much as possible whenever the manufacturing industry is trying to improve efficiency, cost base and customer responsiveness. This systematic study presents on the reduction of cycle time for productivity improvement in the manufacturing industry. In industries, cycle time should be focused due to the high need of balancing man, machine, materials, methods and management. It must be renowned that the reduction of cycle time is not an easy task. Productivity improvement process involves many factors in achieving the maximum reduction of unnecessary time for higher improvement. The appropriate approaches to be implemented includes lean manufacturing tools, value stream method, method-time measurements, just in time for inventory control, motion study, process study, VAT plant classification, total productive maintenance, improved MRP (material requirements planning)-based production planning, theory of constraint, linear programming and other simulation related techniques. The V, A or T types of plant classification can also be classified using optimisation production technology (OPT).

    In this research, the factors affectinguniversity employees’ motivation and productivity are identified and classified in seven groups; the impact of each motivation factor on the productivity is presented by ANP fuzzy model.Eight universities in Iran were analyzed in this research work. The aim of this study is to explore the productivity of employees. This paper attempts to give new insights intodesigning the portfolio factors, motivating employees for productivity improvement by implementing BLP and ANP fuzzy models.The research results show that there is a positive and significant relationship among reward system, motivation factors, and human resources productivity. In addition, among the options of reward system, the factors of internal (inherent) reward, non-financial external reward, and financial external reward had the highestimpact on increasing motivation and productivity factors. At the next stage, a BLP model is designed according to the importance and impact of each reward system option on motivation and productivity factors and organization limitations, including budget, facilities, and conditions to design portfolio factors motivating employees with the aim of improving productivity. The research results show that actualizing performance evaluation, receiving the feedback from the results of doing tasks by different ways, providing an opportunity for all employees to progress, coordination between job specifications and employees’ abilities, and a manager competency are very critical for improving the organization productivity.

    Recently, the competitiveness and awareness of productivity have increased rapidly among different industries. Hence, the performance evaluation of the criteria affecting the productivity is needed to improve productivity and strengthen the management of the organization. In Bangladesh, Ready Made Garments (RMGs) is one of the most probable and profitable sectors which is considered as the main economic strength of the country. In this study, a two-phased research method has been projected to find out some governing factors affecting industry’s output. In the first phase, six criteria associated with the productivity have been identified based on literature, inputs from experts, opinions from the officials and managers of six garments industries in Bangladesh. In the second phase, among different MCDM tools, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) has been used for evaluating criteria weights and ranking the criteria. Among several criteria, line-balancing criterion has been found as the most important factor to improve the RMG’s productivity.

    Teamwork contributes to a considerable improvement in quality and quantity of the ultimate outcome. Collaboration and alliance between team members bring a substantial progress for any business. However, it is imperative to acquire an appropriate team since many factors must be considered in this regard. Team size may represent the effectiveness of a team and it is of paramount importance to determine what the ideal team size exactly should be. In addition, information technology increasingly plays a differentiating role in productivity and adopting appropriate information sharing systems may contribute to improvement in efficiency especially in competitive markets when there are numerous producers that compete with each other. The significance of transmitting information to individuals is inevitable to assure an improvement in team performance. In this paper, a model of teamwork and its organizational structure are presented. Furthermore, a mathematical model is proposed in order to characterize a group of sub-teams according to two criteria: team size and information technology. The effect of information technology on performance of team and sub-teams as well as optimum size of those team and sub-teams from a productivity perspective are studied. Moreover, a quantitative sensitivity analysis is presented in order to analyze the interaction between these two factors through a sharing system.
