هدف پژوهش حاضر، احصاء چالش های توسعه اقتصاد دیجیتال در استان مازندران و ارائه توصیه های سیاستی به تصمیم گیرندگان و سیاستگذاران این منطقه می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها و اطلاعات توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی بوده است. این پژوهش یک مطالعه موردی است که در بازه زمانی اسفندماه 1400 تا دی ماه 1401 انجام شده است و در آن ضمن مطالعات کتابخانه ای، از نشست های تخصصی با 35 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه در راستای هدف تحقیق استفاده شده و به شناسایی چالش ها و ارائه توصیه های سیاستی می پردازد. چالش های شناسایی شده، در چهار دسته چالش های زیرساختی، چالش های سرمایه انسانی، چالش های نهادی و چالش های تامین مالی تقسیم شده اند. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد ایجاد بسترهای حقوقی لازم برای مبارزه با جرائم الکترونیکی برای اعتمادسازی، فراهم نمون ابزارهای قانونی و تسهیلاتی لازم به منظور حمایت و تقویت بخش خصوصی، تشکیل کمیته توسعه اقتصاد دیجیتال با محوریت استانداری، گسترش فرهنگ صحیح فعالیت در بستر دیجیتال از طریق مدارس، دانشگاه ها و رسانه های عمومی، توسعه شرکت های Solution Provider و ایجاد پروژه های هوشمند کسب وکار در راه تقویت بنیاد اقتصادی و پیشرفت علمی از مهم ترین پیشنهادهای ارائه شده می باشد

The present research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and survey in terms of the method of collecting data and information. This research is a case study that was conducted in the period of March 1400 to January 1401 and in it, in addition to library studies, specialized meetings with 35 experts in this field were used in line with the purpose of the research and to identify challenges and provide policy recommendations. will pay. The identified challenges are divided into four categories: infrastructural challenges, human capital challenges, institutional challenges, and financing challenges. The findings of the research show that creating the necessary legal frameworks to fight against electronic crimes to build trust, providing examples of legal tools and facilities necessary to support and strengthen the private sector, forming a digital economy development committee centered on the governorate, spreading the correct culture of activity in the digital platform through schools , universities and public media, the development of Solution Provider companies and the creation of smart business projects in the way of strengthening the economic foundation and scientific progress are among the most important suggestions.

This paper examines the simultaneous decisions regarding advertising, pricing, and service to supply chain coordination involving one manufacturer and one retailer. Demand is impacted by these decisions, with service playing a crucial role in enhancing customer loyalty and boosting sales. The study employs three well-known game theory approaches—Nash, Stackelberg-Retailer, and Cooperative games—to analyze their effects on the supply chain. Optimal strategies for both the manufacturer and the retailer are identified within each approach, and the strategies' results are compared. Results show that the retailer manufacturer, and the entire system achieves higher profits through the Stackelberg-Retailer game compared to the Nash game, while the Cooperative game results in the highest overall profits. Finally, the Nash bargaining model is outlined and analyzed to assess opportunities for sharing profits.

Mapping of Digital Transformation in Healthcare: Pre & Post Covid-19.Purpose
The purpose of this study is to map the literature of digital transformation in healthcare services from 2000 to 2022.
MethodScopus database is utilized to conduct the bibliometric analysis of 736 documents.VOSviewer software is used to analyse the extracted articles associated with ‘digital transformation & healthcare services’ research. Data is divided in two parts; part 1 is based on literature before Covid=19 and part 2 is based on the literature after Covid-19.
FindingsResults revealed that there is rapid increase in the rate of publication once Covid-19 hit the world. Medicine (subject area) has surpassed Business, Management and Accounting in publishing articles of digital transformation and healthcare after Covid-19. United Kingdom has taken lead from United States in publishing and research collaborations for publishing papers. Different themes have been emerged from the data i.e., artificial intelligence, blockchain, industry 4.0, cloud computing, big data, digital healthcare and others.
Originality/ ValueCovid-19 has shaken the world. It is highly vital to know the digital transition that has taken place after the pandemic. Therefore, the current study has mapped the literature of digital transformation in healthcare services to highlight the bibliometric transitions in terms of productivity and collaborations at the end of authors, countries, institutions, subject areas and keywords.

A game theoretical approach for pricing in a two-level supply chain considering advertising and servicingInternational Journal of Industrial Engineering and Productional Research, Volume:28 Issue: 2, Jun 2017, PP 201 -216This paper considers the advertising, pricing, and service decisions simultaneously to coordinate the supply chain with a manufacturer and a retailer. The amount of market demand is influenced by advertising, pricing and service decisions. In this paper, three well-known approaches to the game theory, including the Nash, the Stackelberg-retailer, and the cooperative game are exploited to study the effects of these policies on the supply chain. Using these approaches, we identify optimal strategies in each case for the manufacturer and the retailer. Then, we will compare the outcomes of each strategy thus developed. The results show that, compared with the Nash game, the Stackelberg-retailer game yields higher profits for the retailer, the manufacturer, and the whole system. The cooperative game yields the highest profits. Finally, the Nash bargaining model will be presented and explored to investigate the possibilities for profit sharing.Keywords: Supply chain, Services, advertising, Pricing, Game theory

نظر بیماران میزان کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده در بیمارستانها را تعیین می نماید. هدف از این تحقیق سنجش و رتبه بندی بیمارستانهای منتخب ایران از نظر کیفیت ارائه خدمات بود. ابتدا با جستجوی سیستماتیک در پایگاه های علمی مختلف، اقدام به یافتن تحقیقات صورت گرفته شده در خصوص استفاده از مدل سروکوال در بیمارستان های ایران شد که تعداد 22 تحقیق مرتبط یافته شد. سپس با کمک گرفتن از روش ارزیابی محصول جمع شده با وزن به وسیله نرم افزار Excel 2010 نمرات مربوط به هر کدام محاسبه شد. بیشترین تحقیقات منتشر شده از نظر زمانی مربوط به سال 1395 و از نظر مکانی مربوط به استان تهران بود و شاخص قابلیت اطمینان بیشترین وزن را داشت. بیمارستان صحرایی شهید علمی زابل با نمره 001/1و بیمارستان D وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قزوین با نمره 313/0 به ترتیب رتبه اول و آخر را کسب نمودند. بیمارستان صحرایی شهید علمی زابل به دلیل کسب رتبه برتر میتواند الگویی برای سایر بیمارستانهای تحت مطالعه در نظر گرفته شود. همچنین تلفیق روش های تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه با سروکوال به عنوان ابزاری جدید میتواند در سنجش و رتبه بندی بیمارستان ها مورد استفاده محققین قرار گیرد.کلید واژگان: بیمارستان، ارزیابی محصول جمع شده با وزن، سروکوال، کیفیت، خدماتPatients can determine the quality of services provided in hospitals. The purpose of this paper was assessment and ranking selected hospitals in terms of delivery quality of services in Iran. Firstly by a systematic research in various scientific databases attempted to find researches that have done about using SERVQUAL model in Iranian hospitals that 22 relative papers was found. Then with the help of the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, Scores for each were calculated via Excel 2010 software. The most published researches in terms of time were related to the year 2016 and locally were related to Tehran province and the reliability index had the highest weight. Shahid Elmi field hospital in Zabol with score of 1.001 and D hospital affiliated to Qazvin University of Medical Sciences with score of 0.313 respectively, ranked first and last. Shahid Elmi field hospital in Zabol because of gain the top rank can be considered as a template for other hospitals under study. Also combining MADM with SERVQUAL can be used in order to assessment and ranking hospitals as a new method.Keywords: Hospital, Aggregated Sum Product Assessment, Servqual, quality, services

سازمان های پژوهش و فناوری ماموریت حمایت فناورانه و نوآورانه از صنایع به منظور ارتقای رقابت پذیری فناورانه آنها را بر عهده دارند. با توجه به لزوم ارتقای اثربخشی و کارآمدی سازمان های پژوهش و فناوری، در این مقاله به منظور شناخت تحلیلی سازمان های پژوهش و فناوری به بررسی مدل کسب و کار آنها به عنوان یک کسب و کار خدماتی دانش بنیان پرداخته شده است. براین اساس ابعاد اصلی مدل کسب و کار خدمات شامل مفهوم، فرآیند، منابع و زیر ساخت های خدمات در کسب و کارهای خدماتی دانش بنیان تشریح شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که ارزش ارائه شده در مفهوم خدمات سازمان های پژوهش و فناوری، مبتنی بر توسعه مستمر حاصل شده از طریق افزایش دانش مشتری و سازمان های پژوهش و فناوری به عنوان ارائه دهنده خدمت است. از جمله مهم ترین منابع برای سازمان های پژوهش و فناوری شایستگی های دانشی و انگیزه کارکنان در یادگیری مستمر و افزایش دانش تخصصی حتی فراتر از رشته های تخصصی پیشین خود می باشد.کلید واژگان: سازمان های پژوهش و فناوری، کسب و کارهای خدماتی دانش بنیان، خدماتAccording to the mission of the Research and Technology Organizations, they are responsible for innovative and technological support of industries to enhance technological competitiveness of those industries. Regarding to the necessity of increasing the effectiveness of RTOs, in this paper in order to the analytical recognition of RTOs, their business model were be analysis from as a Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS). Hence, major dimension of services business model including concept, process, and resources and infrastructures of service in Knowledge Intensive Business Services is described. The results indicate that the value proposition in the service concept in RTOs is achieved based on continuous development through increased knowledge of customer and RTOs as a service provider. International Journal of Supply and Operations Management, Volume:3 Issue: 1, Spring 2016, PP 1126 -1142The Internet of Things and Services (IoTS) has encouraged the development of service provisioning systems in respect to Smart City topics. Most of them are operated as heterogeneous systems which limits end customers access and contradicts with IoTS principles. In this paper, we discuss and develop a reference model of an interconnected service marketplace ecosystem. The prototypical implementation incorporates findings from an empirical study and lessons learned from research projects. The elaborated ecosystem enables service request roaming between different parties across system boundaries. The paper presents a feasible centralized architecture, introduces involved parties and parts of a developed message protocol. Why a contracting mechanism is indispensable for request roaming is also outlined. The models feasibility is demonstrated by means of a current electric mobility use case: providing access to foreign charging infrastructure without multiple registrations. This work contributes to simplify the data exchange between service platforms to improve Smart City solutions and to support travelers with intelligent mobility applications.Keywords: Smart City, Interconnected Services, Connected Mobility, Internet of Things, Services, Fragmented Service Solutions

There has been considerable number of papers published related to Six Sigma applications in manufacturing and service organizations. However, very few studies are done on reviewing the literature of Six Sigma in all the areas including manufacturing, construction, education, financial service, BPOs and healthcare etc. Considering the contribution of Six Sigma in recent time, a more comprehensive review is presented in this paper. The authors have reviewed Six Sigma literature in the way that would help research academicians and practitioners to take a closer look at the growth, development, and applications of this technique. The authors have reviewed various journal papers and suggested different schemes of classification.
