International Journal of Supply and Operations Management, Volume:11 Issue: 2, Spring 2024, PP 231 -249The study aims to examine the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies in the transportation industry and their impact on enhancing sustainability. A systematic literature review was conducted to identify the application and impact of Industry 4.0 in the transportation industry within the context of sustainability. The results showed that Industry 4.0 technologies have significantly contributed to sustainability in the transportation sector. Blockchain technology. Internet of Things (IoT). Artificial intelligence (AI), big data analytics (BDA), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Global Positioning System (GPS), and the use of robotics and sensors are found to be the most prominent technologies used in the transportation industry. The results also indicated some key challenges which include higher investment costs, cyber security threats, technological integration, and insufficient qualified and skilled human resources. The study provides valuable insight to businesses and policymakers. Industry 4.0 technologies have the crucial potential to resolve transportation and logistics disruptions and improve sustainable performance. Future studies could investigate to fully understand the long-term effects of Industry 4.0 on sustainability in the transportation sector and the potential for new technologies to further improve transportation systems and explore the barriers to adopting Industry 4.0 technologies in different contexts.Keywords: Transportation, Industry 4.0, IoT, Blockchain, Sustainability, Impact, Technology

ارزیابی خدمات ارائه شده و تعیین انتظارات مشتریان می تواند در طراحی خدمات مناسب برای رضایت مشتریان و تامین نیازهای ذی نفعان مفید باشد. هدف این پژوهش، بهبود کیفیت خدمات حمل ونقل عمومی و افزایش رضایت مشتریان از طریق شناسایی نیازهای آنها و ارائه راهکار مناسب برای برآورده کردن خواسته ها است. برای این منظور، یک مدل سه مرحله ای Q F D برای ارزیابی و توسعه حمل ونقل عمومی شهر کرمانشاه استفاده شده است. در مراحل اول و دوم، با استفاده از روش B W M، اهمیت نسبی تجمعی هر استراتژی سازمان و اهمیت نسبی تجمعی هر معیار تعیین می شود. در مرحله سوم، برنامه های توسعه ای جهت بهبود حمل ونقل عمومی رتبه بندی می شوند. نتایج نشان می دهد که حوزه تسهیلات حمل ونقل عمومی بیشترین وزن را به خود اختصاص می دهد. همچنین، رتبه بندی برنامه ها نشان می دهد که سرمایه گذاری در حمل ونقل ریلی درون شهری می تواند خدمت رسانی درحمل ونقل عمومی را به شدت افزایش دهد.

However, in the eld of public transport, despite its importance, this goal does not seem to have been achieved. Evaluating the services provided and determining customer expectations can be helpful in achieving this goal. Improving the quality of public transportation services and increasing customer satisfaction by identifying their needs and providing an appropriate solution to meet the needs of this study. Nowadays, performance appraisal is inevitable and all organizations evaluate performance to gain awareness of progress, identify challenges in the organization, and identify their weaknesses, and without it, performance improvement will not be possible. The key to achieving performance improvement is understand the customer needs and wants and using them in product / service design and delivery processes. Quality Performance Deployment (QFD) is a concept that seeks to capture the true voice of customers in the design and delivery of products / services. The present study intends to use QFD and multi-criteria decisionmaking process to provide a framework for better understanding of public transport system planners' customer requirements, identifying program strengths and weaknesses, and developing appropriate programs. In this research, the three-stage QFD model is used to evaluate the performance and identify the requirements of public transportation. Its stages are divided into three stages: extracting the relative importance of strategies, extracting the relative importance of criteria, and evaluating the performance of public transportation programs. In the rst and second stages, using the BWM method, the cumulative relative importance of each organization strategy and the cumulative relative importance of each criterion are determined, respectively, and in the third stage, development plans to improve public transportation are ranked. The results show that the eld of public transport facilities has the most weight. Also, the ranking of programs shows that investing in intercity rail transportation can greatly increase public transportation service.

In this research, the four-level supply chain in the field of food products, including the levels of supplier, customer, and central and secondary warehouses, has been investigated. A mixed integer mathematical model of the research problem is presented to minimize chain costs, including the setting up and preparation of warehouses, transportation between transfer levels, and holding products. The proposed model is developed based on constraints such as inventory, warehouse capacity, vehicle capacity, and multi-period multi-product. The decision variables are determined after solving the model, which includes the optimal number of central and secondary warehouses, the optimal amount of product transferred between the factory and central warehouse, the central warehouse and secondary warehouse, and the secondary warehouse and customer, the optimal amount of product storage in secondary warehouses, the type of vehicle for transportation between levels, and the capacity level of each product in each central warehouse. To validate the proposed model, experiments were conducted using the Kaleh company's real data in GAMS software. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the model was carried out on two critical parameters influencing decision-making: demand and the cost of increasing the capacity of the central warehouse. Increasing demand for food, environmental degradation, postharvest losses, and lack of financial resources, especially in developing countries, encourage manufacturing supply chains to develop integrated decision models for jointly incorporating economic, environmental, and social aspects into the supply chain network design problems. This research aims to develop a novel multi-objective decision support model for designing a sustainable multi-product green supply chain network for perishable food products. The model aims to minimize the total costs and carbon dioxide emissions while maximizing the social impacts simultaneously. Numerical experiments on several test problems indicate that the total cost is mostly impacted by the fixed cost of constructing warehouses and maintenance costs, respectively. The total amount of carbon emissions is more influenced by the amount of carbon produced in warehouses than transportation activities. We also found that the number of jobs created plays a much more critical role on social satisfaction than the amount of traffic generated by the supply chain. Also, the number of jobs created and the amount of carbon gas produced in the warehouses have a direct relationship; therefore, these two factors should be considered together simultaneously in the supply chain network design problem.Keywords: Food supply chain network design, Sustainable Supply Chain, perishable food, Goal Programming, Facility location, Transportation

One of the main topics with increasing interest in freight transport and logistics is developing efficient and sustainable supply chain strategies that best cover customer demands and expectations as well as identify considerable cost savings and emission reductions. This study focuses on the evaluation of the potential of a logistics centre for consolidating and delivering goods at urban level, based on economic, social and environmental aspects, by performing both GIS simulation and SWOT analysis, while considering key criteria of transport management, infrastructure and fleet attributes as well as logistics and market features in the Attica region of Greece. The case refers to the largest Logistics Centre of Greece, located at Thriasio, offering door-to door services to the main industrial areas of the region. The approach followed, consists of two core elements: a) a specific model of a last-mile delivery network in GIS environment, towards simulating and solving the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) as well as b) a strategic assessment of the foreseen logistics activities through the SWOT business tool. For a transport operator with 5 vehicles, an operational distance-related cost of €1.8-1.9 per pallet was estimated. Economic researchers consider the development of transportation as blood circulation in the economic body of the country, which accelerating its circulation satisfies the vital and basic economic needs faster, and any kind of disorder and slowness in it causes great damage to the process of growth and development. Therefore, some economists and planners have considered the economic growth to be dependent on the development of the transportation sector and the existence of enough vehicles and related facilities. In this regard, Iran is very important due to its special position near the borders of Central Asia and the Caucasus and because it’s a bridge between the two major continents of Asia and Europe and has access to open waters. The main problem of this research is to identify all the dimensions and components that affect the transportation (transit) of goods and products, and because we finally want to present a strategy, the next problem is to rank these factors and consider the most important components and dimensions of Islamic Republic transportation. Analytic hierarchical process was used to determine the importance and weight of the criteria and then Expert Choice software was used for ranking. Given that the subject of transportation is a specific and macro issue, investigating it from a marketing perspective is a novel perspective, the studies conducted by students have remained at the research level, and there have not been many related studies on marketing in Iran, the most important limitation of the research was the ability to explain the reason of conducting this research and controlling the interviews. The results of pairwise comparisons and weights are expressed in the following. Accordingly, among the 20 sub-criteria, the use of information technology is ranked first. After that, sustainable development and smart transportation ranked second and third, respectively.

Likewise, there is an interdependent relationship between the transportation and logistics systems. This paper aims to make a comparative study of logistics transportation problems based on intelligence algorithms. The researchers surveyed the previous studies conducted in the Artificial Intelligent field to solve complex problems. In this research study, the authors focused on techniques that are mostly applied in transportation and logistics systems, especially, Artificial Neural Network, Genetic Algorithm, and Fuzzy Logic models. Also, a proposed model and algorithm was done to obtain customers’ and organizations’ satisfaction. Artificial Neural Network uses as a decision tool that combines the system stat sets and the operation state-dependent sets. As well, the genetic algorithm combines the best parameters as a method to finds the best evaluation solutions. And fuzzy logic uses a fuzzy set to help decision-makers in making the best decisions in multiple fields. International Journal of Supply and Operations Management, Volume:8 Issue: 1, Winter 2021, PP 18 -28In this study, a two-stage mathematical model has been developed that facilitates tactical planning of supply of apples from the various location of farmers to the marketplaces and then to the cold storage facilities. The model enables efficient network planning by finding the most suitable and cost-effective dispatching method operating in multiple stages using a mixed fleet of jeeps and trucks. The model aims to optimize the cost and demand. The paper used a multi-stage model to examine the most effective and efficient route for the supply. Kullu, Himachal Pradesh has been taken as the case location, which is famous as key apple production location in India. The lack of infrastructure in the area poses challenges for the farmers to select a mix of both trucks and jeeps to make their goods available in the market. Recently, public bicycle sharing system (PBSS) has become one of the most favorite urban transportation systems that can help governments to decrease environmental problems such as pollution and traffic. This paper studies a sharing system that includes two types of stations. The first category contains stations that users can rent or return back bicycles and each bicycle can be rented by any new user who arrives to the stations. The second group is the stations which are near shopping centers, historical and other places that users and tourists can stop and visit them. These stations are used only for parking the rented bicycles for a period of time and after that, the users must ride their bicycles and turn them back to their destination stations. After discussing the network of the model under the closed Jackson network, the Mean Value Analysis (MVA) method will be used to calculate the mean queue of each station and analyzing the proposed model.

استفاده از پهپادها در زنجیره تامین موضوعی نو ظهور است و شرکت های بسیاری درحال تحقیق و توسعه تکنولوژی پهپادها و به کارگیری آنها در زنجیره تامین هستند، چرا که پهپادها از نظر تجاری باعث ایجاد مزیت رقابتی، افزایش سرعت ارسال کالا، کاهش هزینه ها، حفظ محیط زیست و همچنین باعث افزایش ارائه خدمات به مناطق دورافتاده و در شرایط بحرانی می شود. پهپادها با توجه به قابلیت های فراوانشان در صورت اجرایی شدن می توانند روش های سنتی حمل و نقل را دگرگون سازند. استفاده از پهپادها در زنجیره تامین مانند هر تکنولوژی جدید دیگر دارای موانع و چالش هایی است که این مقاله پس از مرور کلی تکنولوژی پهپادها، به بررسی موانع و امکان اجرایی شدن پهپادها در زنجیره تامین می پردازد و فرصت های پیش روی بهره مندی از این تکنولوژی را در زنجیره تامین بر می شمارد.کلید واژگان: زنجیره تامین، پرنده هدایت پذیر از دور (پهپاد)، حمل و نقلare researching and developing UAVs technology and using it in the supply chain, since UAVs commercially lead to competitive advantage, increased shipping speed, reduced costs, and environmental protection. A light rail system which runs on 100% renewable energy named the “Solar Light Rail” has been proposed by authors. Experiments using a prototype model have been carried out to demonstrate the availability of the rechargeable power supply method using supercapacitors. In the experiments using the updated equipment, the experimental condition is changed from the passed experiments, and the energy consumption per run is decreased. Low energy consumption causes running for a longer time after sunset. For planning process, this study examined the econometric model of domestic air travel in Nigeria vis-à-vis some selected economic variables. Furthermore, quantitative (inferential) statistics has used which relies on data obtained from relevant government institutions in Nigeria. Also the model was estimated using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression. From the estimate; the predictor variables constant revealed that Domestic Passenger demand is a negative value which signifies that the predictors (economic variables) cannot give true estimate of the domestic airline forecast regardless of the positive regression coefficient for the predictors. On the other side, Domestic Passenger demand positively contributes to economic indicators. When validating the model estimate, test of significance revealed that there is no statistically significant relationship between the variables. Based on the insignificance, the model estimate cannot give a good forecast. Test for multicollinearity revealed that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.805 which is greater than 0.8. This signifies that there is a problem of multicollinearity. Based on this problem, the model estimate cannot give a good forecast. Goodness of fit test revealed that 80.5% of the dependent variable (Domestic Passenger demand) can be explained by the independent variables. The regression value signifies that the model can give a true forecast. Finally, based on the issues of validation, it is therefore concluded that the model cannot give a true forecast, hence economic indicators contributes little or no to air transport demand but rather air transport demand contributes significantly to economic indicators.Keywords: Econometric Model, Air transport demand, transportation

کیفیت و قیمت محصولات زوال پذیر مانند دارو و غذا در طول زمان کاهش می یابد. در این نوشتار مدیریت سفارش و حمل در یک زنجیره ی تامین پایدار با محصولات زوال پذیر مدل سازی و بهینه می شود. بدین منظور یک سیستم مرکزی سفارش و حمل محصول با قابلیت تعویق ارضای مشتری در نظر گرفته شده است. گزینه های متنوع حمل ونقل با ویژگی های مختلف از جمله هزینه، میزان انتشار گازهای گلخانه یی و غیره در محل تامین کننده در دسترس است. تابع تقاضا، نرخ تعویق تقاضا و نرخ زوال پذیری در زمان حمل و نقل و در زمان انبار، غیرقطعی است. هدف اقتصادی افزایش درآمد، هدف زیست محیطی کاهش گازهای گلخانه یی ناشی از تولید و حمل و هدف اجتماعی کاهش تغییرات استخدام است. پس از تبدیل معادلات غیرخطی به خطی، جواب بهینه مسئله به دست آمده و در نهایت کاربردپذیری مدل با انجام یک مطالعه موردی از صنعت میوه و سبزیجات بررسی می شود.کلید واژگان: محصول زوال پذیر، سیاست موجودی، زیست محیطی، حمل ونقل، زنجیره ی تامین پایدارSupply Chain Management is an important part of Operations Strategy in many large organizations. The concept of competition has shifted from firm against firms to supply chain against supply chains. In recent years, the subject of supply chain sustainability, with economical, environmental and/or social values, has attracted attention in the academia and industry. This includes both forward and reverse supply chains. In Particular, for deteriorating products, such as fresh products, the issues of timely supply and disposal of the deteriorated products are of high concern. Transportation, or in broader view, logistics options also play a large role in both economic as well as social and environmental aspects of the supply chain management. Deterioration rates may be a function of both transportation and stocking of the product. Considerable amount of the existing literature has been devoted to modelling the economic aspects of supply chain, while still there is not a complete planning model including all aspects of the sustainable management of forward and reverse supply chains.
The goal of this paper is to develop a possibilistic mathematical model and propose a new replenishment policy in a centralized sustainable supply chain for deteriorating items. Inventory and transportation costs, as well as environmental and social impacts, are considered. Some transportation vehicle options are given which produce various pollution and greenhouse gas levels. Several variables are uncertain, such as the end-customer demand, the partial backordered ratio, and the deterioration rate. Not only deterioration occurs for in-stock inventories, but also deterioration during transportation is covered in the proposed model. The solution provides the best transportation modes and routes and the inventory policy by finding a balance between financial, environmental, and social criteria. In this way, we develop a linear multi-objective mathematical model and present a numerical example to demonstrate its applicability and effectiveness.Keywords: Sustainable supply chain, deteriorating products, transportation, possibilistic programming, greenness -
International Journal of Industrial Engineering and Productional Research, Volume:28 Issue: 2, Jun 2017, PP 113 -128Public transportation has been one of the most important research fields in the two last decades. The purpose of this paper is to create a schedule for public transport fleets such as buses and metro trains with the goal of minimizing the total transfer waiting time. We extend previous research works in the field of transit schedule with considering headways of each route as decision variables. In this paper, we formulate the problem as a mixed integer linear programming model and solve it using ILOG CPLEX solver. For large-scale test instances, we develop a metaheuristic based on the scatter search algorithm to obtain good solutions in a reasonable CPU run times. Finally, in the computational section, the efficiency of the proposed model and developed algorithm are compared with the existing results in the literature on a real railway network.Keywords: Transportation, scheduling, scatter search metaheuristic

در یک سازمان نظامی (در مقایسه با سازمان های غیرنظامی)، قاعدتا نقش حمل و نقل را می توان بسیار پر رنگ تر و دارای ویژگی های راهبردی برای یک سازمان در نظر گرفت. در این راستا ارزیابی توان عملیاتی ترابری و رفع نواقص و مشکلات موجود، می تواند کمک زیادی به مدیران این بخش برای ارتقاء سطح عملکرد و در نتیجه افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی ترابری در انجام ماموریت های محوله نماید. لذا در این مقاله، مدلی جهت رتبه بندی معیارهای توان عملیاتی ترابری سنگین یک سازمان نظامی ارائه می گردد. با بررسی الگو هایی که برای ارزیابی توان و آمادگی عملیاتی وجود دارد، معیارهایی استخراج و دسته بندی گردید. این معیارها به سه بخش اصلی توانمندی نیروی انسانی، توانمندی تجهیزات و توانمندی منابع پشتیبان تقسیم گردید که هر یک دارای زیرمعیارهای مربوط به خود می باشد. لذا با درنظرگرفتن سه معیار مذکور و زیرمعیارهای آنها و با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل شبکه و نرم افزارSuper Decisions، این معیارها وزن دهی شدند. براساس اوزان این سه معیار و زیرمعیارهای آن، می توان معیارهای توان عملیاتی ترابری سنگین را رتبه بندی نمود.کلید واژگان: حمل و نقل، حمل و نقل نظامی (ترابری)، آمادگی عملیاتی، توان عملیاتی، فرآیند تحلیل شبکهIn a military organization, the role of transportation should be much more strong and strategic character for the organization. In this study, a model is presented for evaluating the operating ability of Transportation of a military organization. By studying the patterns that are used to evaluate the operational readiness, Criterion were extracted and classified. These Criterions are divided into three main sections of human resource capabilities, equipment capabilities and support resources capabilities, That is, each with its own components. Also, Using network analysis process and super decision software, these Criterions and their components were weighted. با توجه به اینکه بهره وری اصل همه سازمان ها و مدیران برنامه ریزی است، لذا همگان در صدد شناخت عوامل بهبود و افزایش بهره وری می باشند. به نظر می رسد با توجه به دغدغه مدیران و مراکز پشتیبانی کننده در خصوص بهبود عملکرد، آموزش بخشی از این دغدغه و نگرانی ها را برطرف ساخته است که در این حالت ضرورت موضوع آموزش در آماد و پشتیبانی و اهمیت برگزاری آن جدی بوده و از طرفی پایداری و تداوم آموزش مستلزم بررسی عوامل موثر آن می باشد. لذا هدف پژوهش، ارزیابی آموزش آماد و پشتیبانی (لجستیک) در بخش ترابری و تحرک (حمل و نقل نفرات و تجهیزات) و در مرکز آموزش شهید دستواره بر عملکرد مراکز پشتیبانی-کننده می باشد.
پژوهش از نوع هدف، کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی پیمایشی است و از ابزار گردآوری داده های کمی جهت پرسشنامه استفاده نموده است، جامعه آماری پژوهش 140 نفر و تعداد 22 سوال بر مبنای تعاریف عملیاتی متغیرهای موجود در قالب یک پرسشنامه بسته با استفاده از طیف لیکرت برای سطح واکنش و 20 سوال هم برای سطح رفتار شغلی تهیه گردیده است و برای سطح یادگیری از پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و سطح نتایج به دلیل عدم وجود اطلاعات لازم از تخمین استفاده گردیده است.
در تجزیه و تحلیل این مقاله از مدل ارزیابی چهار سطحی کرک پاتریک4 استفاده شده است. در این روش میزان اثربخشی آموزش آماد و پشتیبانی در زمینه ترابری و تحرک را با استفاده از چهار سطح مدل فوق (واکنش، یادگیری، رفتار و نتایج) ارزیابی نموده است.
در نتیجه یافته های این مقاله، میزان ارزیابی پیامدهای آموزش در سطوح واکنش76.53 درصد، یادگیری78.77 درصد و رفتار شغلی72.72 درصد حاصل شده است که مدل انتخابی ارزشیابی (کرک پاتریک) مناسب بوده و میانگین دوره آموزش آماد و پشتیبانی مثبت و بالای 76درصد را نشان می دهد. در نهایت پیشنهاداتی برای رفع نواقص به کاربران ارائه گردیده شده است.کلید واژگان: آموزش آماد و پشتیبانی، ترابری و تحرک، آموزش عرضی و تخصصی، ارزیابی پیامدهای آموزش، اثربخشی آموزش، آموزش ضمن خدمتIn line with the efficiency is the principle of all organizations and planning managers, everyone is trying to identify the recovery factors and increased productivity,, according to the concerns of managers and support centers regarding to improve performance seems that education is part of the concerned and eliminates concerns that in this case the need for education in the logistics and the importance of its holding will be serious, and also The stability and continuity of training is necessary to study the factors affecting it. So The aim of study is to evaluate training Logistics ( logistics ) in the transport sector and mobility ( transportation of personnel and equipment) in the training center of shahid dastvareh on performance of the support centers.
The research is a sort of functional goal and its methodology will be survey descriptive and quantitative data collection tools have been used of questionnaire.
The statistical population is 140, the number of 22 questions based on operational definitions of the variables in the form of a questionnaire using a range Likert response to the 20 questions has been prepared for the job behavior and for learning from pre-test and post-test and the results were used to estimate because of the lack of necessary information.
The analysis of this study is conducted based on Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation. In this method the efficacy of education in the field of mobility and transport logistics model has been assessed with four levels (reaction, learning, behavior and results).
As a result the findings of the assessment of learning outcomes at the level of 76.53% reaction, learning78.77% and behavior 72.72% is obtained, which was perfected with job evaluation selective model (Kirkpatrick) and the positive average of courses in Logistics at the top 76% is finally presented proposals to address the shortcomings of the users.Keywords: Education Logistics, Transportation, Mobility, Cross, Training, Specialized Education Outcomes, Effectiveness of Education, Training -
زمانبندی مجدد جزئی از فرآیند تصمیم گیری در زنجیره تامین بسیاری از صنایع تولیدی محسوب می شود که نقش مهمی در برآورده سازی نیازهای مشتریان ایفا می نماید. از این رو این مقاله به بررسی مساله زمانبندی مجدد در یک زنجیره تامین سه مرحله ای، با تمرکز بر یکپارچگی مراحل آن می پردازد. مرحله اول شامل تامین کنندگان، مرحله دوم شامل ناوگان حمل و نقل کالاها و مرحله سوم شامل یک شرکت سازنده محصولات نهایی است. به این منظور ابتدا مدل عدد صحیح مختلط برای مساله مذکور با هدف کمینه سازی مجموع زمان تاخیر تکمیل کلیه سفارشات توسعه داده شده است. همچنین در حالت کلی یک الگوریتم ژنتیک که دارای کروموزوم هایی با ساختار متغیر است، به منظور حل مساله ارایه شده است. مقایسه الگوریتم پیشنهادی با الگوریتم جستجوی تصادفی روی طیف متنوعی از مسایل تصادفی و همچنین جواب بهینه روی مسایل تصادفی با ابعاد کوچک نشان از عملکرد خوب الگوریتم پیشنهادی دارد. همچنین با ساده سازی فرضیات مساله، الگوریتم پیشنهادی با دو الگوریتم ابتکاری موجود در ادبیات موضوع مقایسه شده است که نشان از برتری الگوریتم پیشنهادی دارد.

Hereupon, this article addresses the issue of rescheduling in a three-stage supply chain with a focus on integration of the stages. The first stage includes suppliers, the second stage includes fleet of good transportation and the third stage includes manufacturers of final products. Therefore, the mixed integer model has been used for the mentioned problem with the aim of minimizing the total tardiness time of the orders. In the general case, a genetic algorithm has been provided for problem solving which has chromosomes with variable structures. Comparison between the results of the proposed algorithm with Random Search on a wide range of random problems and optimum solution on the small size problems shows the good performance of the proposed algorithm. Moreover, by relaxing of the some attributes of the problem, the proposed algorithm was compared with two existing heuristic algorithms in the literature. Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management Studies, Volume:2 Issue: 2, Summer-Autumn 2015, PP 55 -82In todays competitive market place, companies seek an efficient structure of supply chain so as to provide customers with highest value and achieve competitive advantage. This requires a broader perspective than just the borders of an individual company during a supply chain. This paper investigates an aggregate production planning problem integrated with distribution issues in a supply chain so as to simultaneously optimize characteristics of these supply chain drivers. The main contribution of this paper is to consider the aggregate production-distribution planning (APDP) problem jointly with multiple stage, multiple product, and multiple vehicle. Moreover, we considered both routing and direct shipment as transportation system which is not considered in APDP literature so far. A mixed-integer linear programming formulation is suggested for two distinct Scenarios: (i) when we have direct shipment in which all shipments are transported directly from manufacturer to customers, and (ii) when we have routing option in which the vehicles can move through routes to deliver products to more than one customer at a trip. A numerical analysis is performed to compare performance of problem in two above Scenarios. در این مقاله به بررسی موانع پیش روی زنجیره تامین در صنعت سیبک سازی خودرو در زاهدان پرداخته شده است. هدف این مقاله شناسایی موانع وشاخص های کلیدی در عملکرد زنجیره تامین جهت بهبود هرچه بیشتر تولید برای دست یابی به محصول در زمان کمتر، کیفیت بیشتر و ارضای مشتریان است. در ابتدا متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر عملکرد زنجیره تامین هم چون مولفه مالی، مدیریتی و حمل و نقل شناسایی گردیدند و بر اساس شاخص های مرتبط به هر یک از ابعاد فوق پرسشنامه ای تنظیم گردید. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه مورد سنجش قرار گرفته و پس از تایید در بین جامعه آماری که 30 نفر از کارشناسان مربوطه بودند، توزیع گردید. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار spss18 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج این پژوهش، نشانگر مولفه حمل و نقل به عنوان مهم ترین مانع در عملکرد مناسب زنجیره تامین می باشد.

The aim of the study is to identify the barriers and the key performance of the automotive supply chain to help develop the production so as to achieve, in this way, higher quality products in less time and high customer satisfaction. To this end, the factors affecting the supply chain performance such as financial, administrative, and transportation factors were identified pertinent to each of which a questionnaire was adjusted. The reliability and the validity of the questionnaire was evaluated and confirmed. Then, the questionnaire was distributed among in a population of 30 experts in the automotive industry. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS18 software. The results of the study, finally, revealed that the transportation parameter is the most important barrier to the proper and efficient performance of the supply chain.Keywords: Supply Chain, Transportation, Automotive Industry -
مباحث مربوط به حمل و نقل یکی از موضوعات چالش برانگیز در حوزه تحقیق در عملیات می باشد. شرکتها و موسسات حمل و نقل، اغلب هزینه های زیادی را صرف فعالیت های حمل و نقل می نمایند. این فعالیتها نه تنها می بایست در زمان مناسب انجام شوند بلکه بهطور متناوب نیز تکرار شوند. از اینرو یافتن روش های بهینه یا نزدیک به بهینه برای مدیریت و برنامه ریزی بهتر سیستم های حمل و نقل از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. یکی از مباحث مربوط به حمل و نقل که در سالهای اخیر توجه بسیاری از محققان را به خود جلب نموده است، مسئله مسیریابی کمان می باشد. محققان سعی نموده اند با در نظر گرفتن شرایط و محدودیت های موجود در کاربردهای واقعی، مدل ها و روش های حل متنوعی را برای این دسته از مسائل توسعه دهند. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی پیشینه مسائل مسیریابی کمان به ویژه یکی از انواع اینگونه مسائل یعنی مسئله مسیریابی کمان ظرفیتدار، کاربردها، انواع مدلها و روش های حل مسئله مذکور مورد مطالعه قرار میگیرد. هدف مقاله نیز تشخیص ویژگی های مهم مسئله مسیریابی کمان ظرفیت دار، ارائه چارچوبی برای طبقه بندی و خلاصه نمودن تجربیات محاسباتی مرتبط و همچنین ایده هایی برای تحقیقات آتی می باشد.

Arc routing problem is one of the issues of transportation that have attracted many researches in recent years. Concerning real world application, variant models have been developed by researchers. This paper gives a brief review of the capacitated arc routing problem, and its applications, and some of the solution algorithms.
