The study of the health insurance system in Germany and Canada in comparison with Iran

Abstract:
Disease is an inseparable component of human life and man has been always attempting to find a solution to the health problems for a better cure. Obtaining good health, definite treatment and high expenses of health care, include a large part of health resources. The health insurance system which is one of the serious challenges for policy makers has been created in order to provide patients with health of high quality, availability of the services and reliability of the services and the health cost control. In health insurance, these issues are important and this article studies such issues: Organization of health insurance system; Organizational structure of health insurance; financing methods; Expansion of population coverage; Services; Method of payment to suppliers; Classification systems and insurance payment mechanism. For this study, data has been gathered from reliable and scientific articles (printed or electronic journals) and the researcher has attempted to compare experiences of developed countries on this issue to introduce an effective solution.
