Civil rights of parents in statute

In the present article we study the rights of parents who have been given high position by the “Holy Ghoran” because of having special title. Afore mentioned rights have been given not for being man or woman but because of their paternity or maternity, rights which are exclusive to mother or father not others. Right of child"custody"is one of those exclusive rights. this article tries to prove that child"custody" is a right, and also it’s differences with duty. The other points which are going to be discussed in this article are the obedience of children to parents, enforcing of children to obey their parents, . In the second section rights of natural parents as regards illegal parentage and rights of custodian of orphan children when there is no relation by blood will be clarified. At the end these questions will be posed: who are the parents of children are born from hired womb and what are those children’s rights.
