Effects of conditions of the quantity of object of transaction

When we talk about the condition of description most addressees would think of the condition of quality whereas condition of description in Fiqh and legal terminology has broader meaning than the condition of quality, and the former is used in such general sense that includes the condition of quantity, too. Violation of the condition of quality or violation of qualitative description has consequences and provisions such as option of the person, in whose favor the condition has been set, between the exercising the right of termination and extradition of the whole compensation and retention of the transaction and acceptance of a compensation that lacks any description without this person having the right to make installments and extradite part of the compensation. Here we want to know whether the effects and provisions of violation of quantity are the same as the violation of the condition of quality or contrary to the condition of quality in the violation of the condition of quantity. The person in whose favor the condition has been set shall have the right of retention of the transaction and extradition of part of the compensation in addition to having the right of termination of the transaction, the same meaning which is referred to as installment of the price and installment of the compensation in a more common sense.
