The Role of Constitutional Iaw of Iraq on the Increase of Iran Mribal (Kordestan) Demands

Recent developments in Iraq have exerted great effects on the socio- political status of the neighboring countries. Ratification of Iraq constitutional law which respects the tribal- religious groups more than ever has attracted attentions.The present study aims at clarifying the and variables affecting the amount of impressionability of the Persian tribes especially the Kords. The researcher hypothesizes in the study that such law has lead to the increase in the tribal demands in Iran. The required date has been gathered via interview, media, gatherings…The findings of the study show that the ratifications of the constitutional law of Irag has lead to the emergence of new movements of Iranian Kords to attain more advantages.
