The study of Knowledge and View of faculty members of Ahvaz Jundishapur University Of Medical Sciences with short term and long term strategies of combined e-learning. A Cross-Sectional Study
The educational psychologists believe that learning conditions must be so organized that every universal based on their ability to pay the learning activity, so Many studies have been done the so far in the electronic learning system combination (merger and targeted training in person E-Learning). The aim of this Study is to assess knowledge and View of faculty members about short term and long term strategies of combine e-learning. In this cross-sectional study, with simple random selected of faculty members in Ahvaz Jundishapour University of Medical Sciences, we selected 50 faculty members. The number of faculty based on pilot sampling and sample size formula. The tool for information gathering was a valid and reliable questionnaire made by the researcher. After completed questionnaire, data analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics in SPSS v.13. Findings showed that 50% of faculty members were aware of e-learning process and 95% of these faculty members considered that train teachers to provide professional e-learning as the best solution for long-term strategy and 83% of faculty members believed that design software provider of education services attractive and friendly to Iran as the best solution also was significant relationship between knowledge and experience. Considering the unavoidable limitations of electronic techniques, the use of IT for increasing the quality of learning, ease of access to high volumes of information, reduced training costs, increase quality of care, health promotion materials and science teachers that the most important achievements in information technology.
