An Investigation of the Relationship between Jobs Stress and Marital Satisfaction among Females Personnel

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate of the relationship between job stress and marital satisfaction among females personnel work and socials affairs ministry. Instruments used were job stress inventory measure by philiph Al Rice (1992) and, marital satisfaction inventory by Enrich (1997). The sample was selected and randomly 100 female personnel married for at least two years. The result indicated that there were significant negative correlation between job stress and marital satisfaction (r = -0/392). There were significant negative correlation between individual between relations and marital satisfaction (r-0/328 =). There were significant negative correlation between couple relations, and job stress (r=-0/364). There were significant negative correlation between job stress and sexual relations (r =-0/315). There weren’t significant correlation job stress other variables and marital satisfaction other variables.
