The Effectiveness of Perpering Occupational Program by Group Method on Occupational Identity Diffusion of Female Students

This research was done to examine the effectiveness of perpering occupational program by group method on occupational identity diffusion of female students. The Research population were female students in Allameh Tababtabei University. Method of sampling was voluntary, 11 sobjects were placed in experiment group and another 11 in control group. Instrument of research was Dellas Occupational Identity Questionnaire. Design of research was quasi experiment using posttest and pretest. The Results showed that perpering occupational program with group method on occupational identity diffusion of female students was significant at %5 level of female readiness program with group method for occupational identity diffusion students decreesd marks of experiment group, and led to success in occupational identity.
