Reviewing Factors Impacting Offenses Popular among Police Forces and its Disciplinary Management Approaches

Nowadays, in case offenses in organizations are not followed up organizations will face performance related problems, and materialization of their objectives will be delayed. Police forces are not an exception to the law. Like other organizations, some administrative offenses are seen.The present article is aiming at investigating and reviewing the rate of these offenses, and the factors contributing to them. Using a quantitative approach, the present review utilizes survey technique and a self-made questionnaire to review disciplinary offenses popular among police forces staff. In order to reach this goal 380 respondents including senior officers, junior officers, non-commissioned officers and clerks of police forces in Western Azaebaijan, Hormozgan, Khorasan Razavi,Yazd, and Rasht have been examined through using cluster sampling method.Findings and Based on the achieved results the most important offenses among police forces are not starting work on time, unjustifiable absence, negligence in performing responsibilities, not observing laws and regulations, not observing military dignity, not feeling responsible and being indifferent while doing their job, respectively. There is also a significant relationship between variables of socioeconomic base, job security, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, relative deprivation, piety, and organizational management and the rate of disciplinary offenses among police forces.
