Women's Tendency towards Organizational Achievement

Abstract:
Aim
The present study aims at assessing the educated women’s tendency toward organizational achievement and determining its sociological factors.
Method
Through carrying out a survey method a sample of 450 women were selected from among a larger population of 1264 employees working in the educational offices who were selected using cluster sampling and responded to the questionnaire. In order to analyze the data، two statistical methods (descriptive and inferential) were used.
Results
Results demonstrated that there is no significant relationship between conformity، social stereotypes and educated women’s tendency towards organizational achievement. Moreover، no significant between-group difference was observed regarding the above-mentioned variables. Overall، results find support for women’s pronounced tendency towards organizational achievement.
