Pathology of University Professor's Function in Islamicization of Payamenoor University

The present study aims to analyze the impact of university professors on islamicization of Universities; particularly teachers in human sciences and Islamic courses and suggesting the Islamic criteria for the ideal teachers in universities. The method of the research is documentary analyzes and descriptive –analytical The author of the article studies the Islamic criteria on ethic, knowledge and PROFICIENCY of teachers in universities. The most important duty of university professors is to plan the perspective, goals and policy making in universities. Training the students is one of the most crucial missions of teachers in pedagogical atmospheres. They have to plan the educational and cultural systems of universities according to Islamic typical. The author of the research concludes that the selection of the professors and scientific members of universities is not always PRECISE and scientific and they are not evaluated unremitting during their missions. The number of members of scientific board is not corresponding with the number of students. The training methods in Payamenoor University are semi person and non-face training. On the other hand, some of the aspects of human sciences training terms require face-to-face rapport between teacher and students. Payamenoor University suffers in this aspect. The author of the article then suggests reformation in all aspects of the university.
